Worst Bridal Shop ever - Beware!. I ordered a dress from this store that arrived about 4 sizes too large. They refused to order a correct size. They sent me to 2 alterations shops both of which told Vicky at Treasures that it would not make sense to try and re-make this dress. Vicky's advice to me, "Find a cheap alterations place." She would turn sugar sweet when a customer walked in, then go back to her mean self when they were out of hearing range. Treasures Formals messed up and stuck me with a $580 dress that I have to spend over three hundred to get it fitted. My opinion, go to a good department store where you can count on service. This place is awful. Once they charge your credit card, you are stuck with whatever comes in. They won't help you! AND they charge your card for the total amount, not just the deposit.

Horirble Customer Service!!!!!!. My engagment has been a very enjoyable time until I stepped foot into this store. I needed help with matching bridesmaid colors, but because I told them that I had bought my bridesmaid dresses from a different store they treated me with the WORST customer service. The worst part is that it was the OWNER who we were dealing with! The only way she would do business with me is if I paid her for thier time.....coompletely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Before walking into their store I still needed to purchase a veil, headpiece and shoes. I left the store receiving no help and drove 10 extra min to Bridal Beautiful where they were so nice that I bought my veil, shoes, and headpiece from that day. I hope this review will stop other brides and bridesmaids from going into this store!!!!

Worst Experience of our Engagement yet!. We entered this store yesterday to compare a tie to some fabric of a designer they carried, it was to take all of 3 min's. The OWNER of this store stated that she needed to get paid for her services. Unbelievable! Fortunately we drove 10 min down the road to Sandy Springs where they were more than helpful and they got our veil and shoe business. This lady at Treasures never even thought of that, she embarassed herself and made a scene in her store infront of two other couples. I would never recommend anyone to shop here, weddings are to be fun and exciting and up until this store they have been. Its just further proof that his lady is all about whats in it for her, disappointing to say the least.. This business is to big for someone to have an attitude like that.. Im glad her true colors came out before we bought anything..

Always A Pleasure. In 2005 I had the pleasure of walking into Treasure's (after numerous phone calls to other places hoping to be open after 5pm) and was greeted by the most welcoming family I have come to know.

Since then I have bought 4 dresses (excluding my bridal gown) and have been pleased with every purchase, even more so than the last. These women are always a pleasure to do business with.

You should certainly consider this place if you're looking for the perfect dress and a fabulous experience all around!

A Truly Great Experience. I have shopped at Treasures since they opened in Roswell. I have purchased a mother of the bride dress, a maid of honor dress and several formal dresses. Some of the jewerly is one of a kind made by Everything Angelic and goes so well with the dresses. I have purchased several pieces and have enjoyed them. I have always had a very positive experience and wanted to share that with others that might want to have a great shopping experience as well.

Worst place for brides, please do not buy from them. I went to the bridal salon to buy my bridal gown and it was teh worst experience ever. They assured me they would take care of the alterations, and when the gown came, they left me alone and were very rude. They are so nice before you pay, after I paid they didnt care about the dress and were never available for me anymore. The dress was too small and they didnt want to exchange it or take care of it with the manufacturer. They do not have alterations on site, finally charged me over 450 dollars in teh alterations and the Korean seemstress completely spoil the dress just 1 month before the wedding, they did not assume any responsibility and I had to hire a lawyer, a complete nightmare, please stay away from them. They are a family owned business and Bonnie's mother was even worst than her, so aggressive and rude.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. This was my last stop after shopping all day for a wedding dress and it was wonderful. Bonnie was spectacular...so patient and gentle. The experience was comfortable and intimate...not pushy and crowded like so many other places. They have a limited amount of dresses but such a variety that I think everyone can find something. Plus, great MOB and bridesmaid variety. Also, beautiful selection of shoes/jewels. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the best salon for brides and mothers of brides and grooms. After searching all over Sandy Springs and Dunwoody, then up to Buford for a dress that I could buy for a second wedding, I ventured into Treasures one evening. I was treated royally, although it was late, I had no appointment (there were no other brides there), and I am sure the staff had the desire to go home for dinner. I was given all the time I needed, with encouragement and patience, as well as appropriate critiques of how dresses might work for me. When the perfect dress appeared, after MANY try-ons, it was not greeted with a sigh of relief, but with true enthusiasm for me. Most salons did not seem to care whether I found anything or not, being the Mother of a Groom in April, and the Mother of a Bride in October was the only role they cared about. I will talk about this shop to anyone and everyone for some time to come - whether it is for Bridal needs, or for elegant formal wear. They are the best!

Best Customer Service. When trying to vote for my favorite bridal shop, I noticed that Treasures was not listed as an option to vote for. This store is truly a treasure amongst all bridal boutiques. I've been to many bridal shops in Atlanta and happily stumbled across Treasures by accident. I'm so glad that I did. Not only is every dress, veil, and shoe handpicked by the owner, but they handmake all of the headpieces and jewelry as well according to your style. Their prices are also very reasonable and they never nickel and dime you. Their customer service is unprecidented. Every visit, I always feel so special b/c they only allow one bride at a time. I also never felt any pressure. It's truly been a wonderful experience and I could not thank them enough for their kindness.
