DO NOT USE! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Will quote you one fee on the phone and then triple charge at site. Also states on phone the charge for the person doing the installation is 29.99. Be ware, there is an ADDITIONAL charge of almost 100.00 they add at the time of billing. They will not speak with you on the phone to try and resolve. Very rude on phone and in person. The quote on phone is no where near the actual price. Use another company. Anyone is better than this company. This company has actually been reported several times to the BBB. Wished I would have done more research before using. : (

Horrible. Total Rip off. Had several locks rekeyed at my house. Did not know what he was doing. Missing parts and having to install new locks myself. Any good reviews to this company is fake. I would not trust anyone associated with this company.

they saved my night!. last night was almost the worst night of my life. the lock on my front door of my apartment was already broken, then i managed to loose the key and lock myself out and didn't realize it until like 11:30pm. i called these guys and had them come out, after calling around for some prices. they opened my door, fixed my lock and rekeyed it for cheaper than some other place quoted me just to let me inside. the guy was so nice and fast, i was super impressed. great job guys! i dont know what the other reviews were talking about, maybe under new management?

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!. confirmed with me over the phone a quote for all services (Service call and all work) to fix a lock. Once arriving, they tried to upsell me saying that it would be extra. Two young men show up, one more interested in answering his cell phone and frustrated with the age of my lock saying that it would be a pain to fix. Tried to sell me a deadbolt to just install above it! It seems as though being a locksmith, they should be familiar with repairing old locks just as they are with new ones....In the end I just wanted them out of my house. I called the Decatur location. Never again!
