Give them a shot. This spa is a wonderful place to relax after a hectic day. My back used to hurt all the time until I started my weekly massages, now the pain is gone and my wallet is not much thinner.

I always go on Saturdays, they have plenty of appoinments available.

I love it just like everyone else. Massagio is the tops; I love the massages, the facials, the waxing, and the waterfall.

The staff is great and the location is superb.

Give them a try, you can thank me later.

THIS IS NOT GOOD. I seen this SPA on FOX 5 news,and it does not look good for them,I wanted to presue a career in Masage,I hope other spas are not like this one......

Massaggio Spa has fraudulent owner. The owner of Massaggio doesn't give his employees copies of the contracts they sign either and threatens them when they ask. Many therapists that work there don't get paid for their work once they give notice. The owner Darren Allen fraudulently puts signatures on contracts when faced with legal action. I want to take him to court. If anyone would like to testify in court contact me at brown.grace1424truth@yahoo. This guy needs to be stopped!

Worse than Buyer Beware!. As you can read from many other people who have reviewed this spa, they are bad news. They were just featured on CBS 46 news on 7/30/2008. I cancelled my contract per the written instructions on my contract. They claim no record of it and have tried to force me to their new "cancellation" policies. While I did not owe them anything, they took me to collections. I tried to send them a certified letter, but last time I checked, the post office is still showing it as never picked up. I have copies of all my records, but it hasn't helped. My credit is now damaged for 7 years b/c we all know that they won't take anyone to court since they don't have a leg to stand on. I'd rather have that spot on my credit report (which has been disputed) then pay them and let them win.

"Customer Service" is the owners cell phone that goes to voice mail. If you place a call, they will phone you with a recording. Staff at the spa are rude.

Bottom line. Don't go there and cause yourself the headache and heartache many of us have dealt with.

Simplest Massage and Facial Program around. I now know what all the fuss is about, Massagio is great. Thay give great massages and facial, have a stellar facility, top notch staff, and can't be beat.

After every massage, I call my friend who referred me to them and thank them. It's totally worth it.

Avoid Massagio Spa at all costs!!!! -because it will cost you!!!. This is a business that makes its money from ripping off costumers-if you have had a bad experience with your contract, including an inability/difficulty cancelling or unauthorized withdrawals from your account please contact me @ meadowsn@bellsouth. The massages I had there were fine, but the management is "unavailable", and manages its company in a fradulent manner.

This is my first CitySearch review and I am doing this to prevent others from going through what my husband and I have experienced, and others if you continue reading the reviews.

just don't. Check websites and reviews before ever signing a contract. Do NOT sign this spas contract. It has to be a bad idea expecially with all the bad reviews on their contract service. Yes, the spa is ok but it is not worth it .once you sign the contract, it is hard to get out of and the corporate office never returns phone calls. If you sign one I can just tell you good luck and I hope you don't have the same problems as the others

AVOID. ITS small, the staff..Oh wait.. what staff you only see one person that is rude to you to begin with. The receptionist was overbearing and would NOT take NO for an answer. I slowely told her I DID NOT WANT A MEMBERSHIP. Besides watch what you sign. I have seen some bad reviews on this place. I say read carefully then make your own decision.

Worst Customer Service and Biggest Scam. My husband purchased a spa membership as a gift to me unaware of what he was getting us into. I enjoyed the less expensive massages for almost two years until I decided to cancel (because I was treated poorly when I had a family emergency). At which point we were charged over $300 and told they couldn't give us a copy of our contract or tell us where the charges came from. When I went to the spa to try and get a copy of these forms to show to an attorney, I was told they didn't keep this information on file...yet they were charging me monthly. I was then told I was trespassing and would have to leave the spa immediately as the police were being called!! I am very disappointed and shocked that a fellow business owner would treat their customers in this way. I was told I had to contact corporate office to get things straightened out but .....was not given an address. I then asked for the phone number and got a recording! I wish my husband had read the reviews before purchasing this gift for me. We have learned our lesson on doing research before signing or joining anything. The B B B has given them an unsatisfactory rating for very good reason...They have plenty of complaints filed against them! . I guess the prices really were to good to be true! I'd much rather pay $100 per hour and be treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect which I didn't receive at all from Massagio Spa! Don't go to their spa unless you are planning on being a lifetime member because upon cancelling you are in for a rude awakening! I plan to check out Massage Envy...but will definitely do my research before joining this time!
