After racking up mileage on training runs and in races, I always look forward to the relaxing massages at Zenergize to rid my body of accumulated stress. Zenergize Wellness Spa = knowledgable massage therapists, beautiful and relaxing ambiance, and worth your dime!! Take this from an experienced massage hunter, you need to give this place a chance. I have been to SO many different spas and massage therapists and have left disappointed, feeling virtually no different than when I entered. But Zenergize has given me the BEST massage I have EVER had!! My shoulders have been compared to rocks and my muscles to wire cords......When I left Zenergize I not only felt relaxed, but I could actually feel the difference in tension. It was healing, and as a counselor I appreciate the deep connection between mind and body that is central to holistic health and wellness. If you are looking for an effective massage in an environment that values holistic health, then you will find yourself at home at Zenergize.
