OH The BEST Pizza Outside of the Midwest!!

If there was a 10 star rating system for this pizzeria - I would give it an 11! That is how serious I am! The first single most disappointing thing for me in locating to the South - namely Atlanta - is realizing that I had left the pizza haven of the Midwest with its Chicago and Cincinnati style pizzas full of delicious sauce and cheese, or toppings if you so desired. The pizzas here that I have tried - every last one of them, were well - sauceless and quite unappealing. After a couple of years, I'd given up on expecting much from any pizza south of the Mason-Dixon line, chain, franchise, whole in the wall, or specialty.

Then DaVinci's came to the neighborhood! Oh - MY-goodNESS!! Oh my GOODNESS!! Not only is their pizza excellent, well made, and mouth-watering to begin with - but their vegan deluxe pizza??!! Oh to DIE for! Seriously, I don't write reviews - but I got practically my whole office hooked on the place. I left that company in '08 and STILL order from there like at least once per month! If you have had the misfortune of not trying this pizza, or you think you live too far away - you are missing out. So worth the drive! Also, there is a new location in Midtown - so no excuses! Try it, I'm just saying! You won't be disappointed and you will find my review didn't do it justice.

Atlantas best kept Pizza secret

Da Vinci's is up the street from our new house and we tried them to check out the local pizza joint. DANG !! are we in luck !! I am a pizza lover, and have a discerning palate, and have had pizza from all over the USA plus other countries.. Da Vincis really hits the spot every time.. Personally I am not a fan of "hand tossed" crust because it usually has that layer of uncooked dough under the cheese which is disgusting to me. By asking for a "double" par-bake, this pizza is as near to pizza crack I have ever had. Not only is the crust superb, but the SAUCE is SO good... its not that thin, light red, weak flavor marinara, but it is the tangier, dark red, thicker tomato paste based sauce that is heaven on a crust... team that up with some high quality "Mootzarell" and you got a pie !! This weekend we tried Fritti, due to the reputation, but Sunday we ordered a DaVinci and it smoked Fritti pizza.. Sorry to the high falootin trendy overrated joint, but the hole in the wall kicked your ass !!

Best Pizza I've Ever Had

We happened to stop by Davincis because we were in the area and I had tried a slice once before and loved their pizza. This time, I purchased a pizza for my entire family. The agreed with me - this is definately the best pizza ever. Unfortunately, we live in South Fulton County so it's not a convenient drive. However, we have made this our new weekly pizza spot since our prior spot burned down. The drive is WELL worth it.

• Cons: One location - long distance from South Fulton

Delicious and great customer service

The desk clerk at our hotel recommend DaVinci's and it was spot on! The pizza was delicious and so was the calzone. It is not something I often say about delivery but the service was outstanding too.
