Will Never Spend Money Here Again. I am an event planner, that uses Party City VERY often to provide low cost high quality details to my events. However, I will never shop at this store again. After spending over $300 at this location for one event, I ordered an additional $80 in balloons, to create balloon columns.

However, when I picked them up, none of them were attached to the purchased balloon weights. They did not provide the balloon bags to separate them as was specified in the order. When I questioned the lack of service, they told me they WOULD NOT help!

After much questioning, they said they were too busy and overbooked. Sounds like lack of planning to me!!! They would not attach the balloons, would not provide the balloon bags, and would not assist in taking the balloons and loading them in my car (56 balloons). One employee told me that the manager will not support the balloon department, he thinks its a waste of time.

I had to pay additional money for on-site event staff to attach the balloons that I had already paid for. During the loading and unloading three of the balloons popped because they were not separated or placed in balloon bags. I always stay prepared for budgeting, time and logistics - I tend to not have a problem because I work with quality vendors. I have learned my lesson on this event. And I will continue to advise anyone within my network and beyond to learn from this experience and not waste your money at this location!

The key to good customer service is not just providing quality and cost effective products, but how they handle a customer during a problem or mistake. They failed miserably!!!
