WHATS GOOD ABOUT IT
One thing being a solo musician can be ugly when you start to trust other unknown artist passing out your hard work and they start to sell from what i let them listen too on my CD, Total in house work appears and shows much aver-dis. Miss management not of my way to go. Too add transition audio record to my music studio to listen in on recording session etc. ONE knot doesn't stop a career but that's what they use against me not searching for true and rights too the music artist they chose that path to intimidate me and ruin my career just for others using my material against me my own songs and lyrics. In such away putting anger in my heart didn't work, putting my face too face with other artists / music that i never ever knew. Strange faces among me looking in I'm wondering why using that knot again no game for me left side of my head. Any management / producer wanna me that bad disappear knot it's still there. ANY techno crime from audio input / television or radio transition such insanity behavior.
A Westside coffee haunt that melds new and old..
In Short
Situated on Marietta Street and located in a shiny new building, Urban does a nice job inserting personality into your typical mix-use condo development. Furniture is unique and worn, soft yellow lighting emanates from vintage lamps while weekly open mic poetry readings cement the fact this is more than just a java-pushing pseudo-workspace. It is an old-world charm meets modern comforts of today java house. They have all the modern coffee era drinks available, written boldly on a giant chalkboard along with a surprisingly decent selection of sandwiches, both hot and cold. As a bonus they serve Jake’s Ice Cream. It certainly lacks the authenticity of Joe’s or Octane, but you have to applaud their effort.
A Great Place all together.
I went the first time for Poetry @spoken word on thursday nights. he artists were well versed and Talented and the small quaint atmosphere was inviting. The Owner Cassandra is pleasant and accommodating. She does everything in her power to make your visit into her establishment.
The food and coffee was great tasting and inexpensive. I frequent the place regularly now!
