Be careful of the specialist that smokes when getting a facial. I went in for a facial. Overall they did a nice job on my face/skin. Felt very smooth when I left. I had two problems however. First, my specialist smoked and I hate smokers. The smell of the smoke on her clothing and breath made the experience less than relaxing. I spent a portion of the time holding my breath. (Once I got the nice smelling scrubs & cleansers on my face I could then breaathe.) Second, and I realize this was an accident, I was burned w/the steam machine. As I am laying there waiting for my service imagine something hot/wet hitting you in the face & you have no idea what it is. The machine was set up improperly so instead of releasing steam, it released a stream of hot water. Initially, I thought she dropped some type of acid on my face. The specialist was very apologetic. I received a free oxygen treatment and seated massage for the trouble.

Although I had those issues, it was a good experience overall. I plan to give them another try.
