Good Food

I thought that the food was very good. We had lunch there instead of going to my boss' favorite Ipp's (which is terrible) and was pleasantly surprised. Lunch was done well and the price was great. Definatley would go back again.
Service is great

I was looking forward to some great Italian food. Not so good. The salad comes with Balsamic vinigrette only. It was bland. The Pasta and meatballs with marinara sauce was watery and had no taste, except for a little heat. The meatbals were very bland, also. This was the only time I have eaten here, but maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. The service was great, though.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and experience.

You might not expect authentic Italian fare and an excellent, albeit somewhat small, setting to showcase it in to be in a Publix stripmall. But that is exactly what the Tuscany Italian Grill delivers. And ignore the idiot with the sign outside. I've only eaten there twice so far--after my family dined there several weeks ago, we had to return this evening, and will certainly be coming back soon.
Honestly, the only drawback I've experienced has been the smaller size of the restaurant. On the weekend, it can fill up quickly, though we only waited 15-20 minutes or so on a fairly crowded Saturday evening. They do take reservations, and it's probably worth getting one if you have a larger party.
Two dinners with two waiters, and both were excellent. Quite personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about the dishes. Get inside info on your server's favorite meals--it can serve you well here.
The Grill offers a very wide variety of dishes, and all of the ones we've had have been excellent. Fairly enticing plating, if you care about that sort of thing. Extremely tasty, intricate entrees, and it seems like with the great selection, if you want it, they'll have it. As a negative, it does make it hard to decide what to order. Of course this isn't even taking into account the incredible deserts, including amazing cheesecakes (from chocolate-covered strawberry to peanut butter) that are made in-house. Normally it'd be worth eating light to save room for desert, but a better bet is to ask for desert to go.
The bottom line--the Grill is much better than any Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill; to include them in the same sentence is an insult in fact. While it's not cheap, it's also not overly expensive, and it's easily the best Italian restaurant in the area. Or perhaps just the best restaurant period. If you live in the Towne Lake area, or pretty much anywhere nearby, give it a try. You won't regret it.
- Pros: Ambience, Excellent variety, Delicious Meals, Deserts
- Cons: Somewhat limited seating
best customer service

Best Italian food, and great customer service. We were at Tuscany Grill at Woodstock GA on Sat night. Let me tell you the food was outstanding the atmosphere make you feel like you are in Italy especially having an Italian spiking, like some of servers the owner and the cooks, that is authentic and make me feel like I was in Italy. My family they live in New York, they side you can't get any better food then this in New Your or New Jersey. I recommend Veal Tuscany, Herb and Gorgonzola cheese filled Chicken and lamb shank, they all signature of this only authentic Italian restaurant in Woodstock. You most try it; you will be putting a review.
