Food's good, service mediocre

We went as a group of 16. ONE waitress served us. Half got food in 20 mins while the other took about an hour. For 18% gratuity applied to group of 6+, they can afford to spare one more waitstaff. The waitress didn't remember who ordered what and many of us ordered similar stuff. It's not rocket science to make some notations to mark which chair ordered what. The Endless Sushi deal no longer available on Mon to Thurs but when it is, food is pretty decent.

Service was all around bad

I normally eat at the downtown location but being in Alpharetta for the evening I decided to try this one out. Initally the wait for Habachi was about 30 minutes.

Not so much of a problem we decided to eat at the sushi bar area but I sat at the table for about 30 mins and was not noticed at all. So since we waited 30 mins we decided on Habachi again. "remember the wait was 30 mins." A couple that just walked in the door was immediately seated and we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes. So we walked out.

• Cons: Service is the worst

Excellent Atmosphere, Great service and food

Benihana is an excellent upscale restaurant with an awesome atmosphere and great food. The awesome thing about Benihana is that the chefs cook the food right there in front of you. It is the premier place for an evening of elegance.
