this place SUCKED!!!!!!!. Went 2 this restaurant for the STP pre-party. Me & my 14 yr old son.

Terrible experience. Our waitress was Rakela! She was SLOW & spent most of her time at the front with the girl who greets u. We wanted 2 order appetizers, so we did. They were fine, she didnt bring them out & when she finally asked us if it was ok, she was about 2 walk away before even asking us if we wanted 2 order our dinner. I had 2 catch her before she walked away & say "can we go ahead & order our meals?" My son ordered a burger WELL DONE/american cheese on it. I ordered a ceasar salad. I asked her how big the full salad was compared 2 the side; as she was talkin 2 me she leaned over the table, over the chips & spinich dip we just got. Her hair could have fallen into the dip. It was appalling that she would do that. When we got our food my salad had brown lettuce all in it. My sons burger had cheddar cheese (which he doesnt like). As he bit into it the whole center was RED & pink, almost bloody. I had to go 2 the front of the restaurant and get Rakela to tell her there was a problem. My son needed some more sprite. She NEVER refilled him until i asked her to. I will NEVER go back there; i wish i would have taken my son 2 the counter for a burger instead of here! I looked at my receipt, my sons burger said "med well" beside it "with cheddar cheese" NOT "WELL DONE" liked we asked, with "AMERICAN cheese." Next time Rakela, maybe u should write it down.

Great service, great place for friends to get together. This is my first review on this site.

I feel some of these reviews are not fair to the Hudson Grille in ALPHARETTA. They are written about other locations. Did the writers even look at the location plainly listed above? I think those reviews should be removed since they are not accurately reviewing this establishment. I have been to Hudson Grille in ALPHARETTA many many times and think the service is great. I am always greeted immediately by the server, drinks come quickly and the food is served hot without a long wait. The burgers are wonderful and so is everything (from salads to steaks) I've ever ordered. The last two years they've featured live entertainment on Tuesday night and the singer is incredible. I hope he'll be back this year. He's a wonderful entertainer. He can sing just about anything and sound like the original. My favorite is Motown. We meet our friends on the patio and have a great time. I've also been here for lunch. The service was great and the order came quickly for people on their lunch hour. I hope you don't read the above reviews and think they are for the Hudson Grille in Alpharetta. Give this place a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I've never had the experiences they describe and have never seen this place over run with children.

Exceptionally bad service; but a new restaurant. This is for the new Hudson Grill on P'tree in Brookhaven. We went on a Saturday night excited about the new restaurant in our neighborhood. We were promptly seated outside around 8ish. Our pitcher of beer took a while, but we shrugged it off. After waiting for our food for about 45 min, the waiter brought a complimentary chips and salsa and assured us the food would be out in 5 min. After another 45 minutes, we were about to just cut our losses and leave, then they brought our food. Cold. I sent back my steak and got the same steak back cooked to Well done (had ordered MR). Another person's food was cold, but ate it b/c he was starving. We were visably upset and the manager comped our meal. It may be a new rest. learning the ropes, but doubt I will go back.

They couldn't get thier act together enough to get us seated!. My husband and I tried to go to Hudson Grille this afternoon for lunch. The host asked us to wait as they cleared a table for us. The dining room was packed every table had at least 2 children and they were mostly kids around the age of 5. It was really noisy but we decided to give it a try anyway. The table was cleaned and we waited for one of the two hosts. They came back and forth and we waited. When they sat the people that came in after us (at another table) as we watched our table sit empty while one of the two hosts stood at the podium we said forget it!!

Hudson Grille--Bloody Mary Bar?!. Not sure what he's talking about ("bloody mary bar"). There's no bloody mary bar at the Hudson's in Alpharetta. Did he review the wrong place?

Nothing Appealing Here! Overpriced!. We stopped in here for Sunday Brunch. We might as well been at Einstein's on Juniper. Same overpriced menu. And the quality of the food is terrible. We felt sorry for our poor server. The Bloody Mary Bar was o.k., but honestly, that's it.

Similar To Midtown Restaurants On Juniper!. While visiting friends in Alpharetta, the other day, we decided to give Hudson a try. The place looks very nice on the outside with it's large patio! That's where the nice ends. The menu looked very familiar. It was very similar to that of certain patio-restaurants in Midtown. Same old apps, burgers, tired salad combo's. It took forever for the poor green server to bring us a round of drinks. They were o.k., although the ice had started melting, from sitting so long. Then came the food, and it was worse than certain restaurants on Juniper! We thought we were on Jupiter! Once was enough.
