Good results. I went in there about a month ago to get botox done. I was very happy with the results. I was in and out and i would go back for more botox again in future.

Amazing Spa!. Cannot say enough good things about Kai Med Spa! They are far above any other spa in Atlanta. I was given a series of facials before my wedding… my skin looked amazing! I fell in love with Kai and decided to take my bridesmaids to a half-day before our Bachelorette party… they went above and beyond any of my expectations. We had a blast! It was a perfect way to start the celebrations off!

Best Spa in the South!. Kai is an amazing spa ! The faculty is so clean, calm and chic. I have been so impressed with the staff, they are great and helping me accommodate my appointments, and the technicians are amazing- very skilled, patient and gentle! I have had a variety of services done with miraculous results. I highly recommend this spa and will continue to be a loyal client and friend.

Do not go there for a spray tan. I went back twice and was still uneven...Maybe they just started doing it...just was not happy..didn't feel like going back again to have her fix it

wonderful experiance.. Alpharetta Kai medical spa was a wonderful spa. I had a facial and a massage and it was the best treatment I have ever had. Staff were wonderful.

the best medspa in Atlanta. I visited the spa at Johns Creek. The staff is very professional, the spa is clean and very attractive, the service is terrific, and the results were excellent.

I highly recommend Kai.
