I recently had the new Oxygen Lift facial at Kai and it is simply fabulous!! I have had many facials in the past and this is by far the best one I have ever had. The Oxygen Lift facial hydrated my skin so completely that it removed fine lines and left my skin healthy and glowing. The aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable about the treatment and all aspects of skin care in general. The most amazing part is that it has been nearly three weeks since the facial and I am still noticing the effects of the treatment. My skin feels soft and looks clear and hydrated. If you are considering a facial I highly, highly recommend the Oxygen Lift facial at Kai. Kai is a friendly place with a warm atmosphere and they know what they are doing. I can’t wait to go back!!

I'll definitely be back!. I had a very pleasant, first time visit to Kai. The service was wonderful and the owner, Grace, personally took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood exactly what to expect. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better spa experience and look forward to returning very soon!

Love this spa!. I received a facial and I was very happy with the treatment. They are a medical spa so they really focus on cleaning your pores and removing all impurities. I have recomended this place to many of my friends and am a repeat customer.

A Great Gift For A Woman You Love. I almost made the mistake of thinking that geting any Spa gift from any Spa would do. I'm thankful I was able to find out that Kai is her favorite before I purchased at another Spa... this is going to make me look good. I also found the customer service to be very helpful.

Relaxation well worth it. I have been a client of Kai in Sandy Springs for many years. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your health and well-being.

Last year I was given a massage at one of those "discount" membership massage stores as a gift. I decided to try it out and was comparing it to Kai the entire time.

Basically, I found the experience to be inferior in all areas. The waiting area was not plush or welcoming. The room I was in had 4 tables (Luckily I was the only one in the room) and did not make me feel special. The masseuse was not nearly as knowledgeable or well trained as the ladies of Kai. I could continue but I am sure you get the point.

In my opinion, the price premium that may be perceived at Kai is TOTALLY worth it. I enjoy the atmosphere, the special feeling I get as a valued customer, the skills of the masseuse, and the all over warmth of the spa.

Kai Med Spa. I came into Kai today after receiving a complimentary facial certificate at this year's Grammy nomination party. I'd been looking for a new place to get my facials, so I thought trying Kai "risk-free" would be great. I really liked the calm atmosphere and the staff was very nice. I felt very comfortable, and Cari seemed very knowledgeable and sweet. Since I JUST got the facial today, I can't say what wonders my skin will go through :) but I'm pretty sure I'll be back for regular facials and massages! I like that you can get any and everything done there. I'm also going to recommend Kai to all of my friends. Thanks!

Best facial ever!. Tired of terrible treatment from Spa Sydell, Kai caught my eye from an episode of the Housewives from ATL. Being that the Johns Creek location is right around my place, I decided to give it a try. I have had the pleasure of traveling all around the world and loved facials in Dubai. But, nowhere in ATL did I get the care and attention that I received there, until now. My facialist, I can't remember her name, stayed with me the entire time, telling me exactly what she is applying to my face, gave me the best head and shoulder massage and was gentle with my skin. The receptionist was extremely friendly and warm, I felt like a VIP instead of the "whatever" attitude at Spa Sydell. I bought a product which had a chemical not suited for me, and when I went back to return it, it was no hassle. I can't wait for next appointment in Dec. I love this place, can't wait to go back :)
