Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.. Oct. 2010- My electrician referred me to Lighting Loft to order a hard to find product. The sales person was very knowledgeable of various vendors, price points and spent a considerable amount of time helping me find projector lighting needed for art work as well as some specialized sconces. I am a nice customer and I do business with those who are nice to me. I was able to order everything I needed here. It was a pleasure doing business.

Great Experience. I redid the lighting for my condo's kitchen entirely from the Lighting Loft. And I could not have asked for a more pleasant shopping experience.

My kitchen is testament to their selection and taste. What it cannot vouch for is the top-notch customer service. I was greeted by a smiling Steve the second I walked into the store. Every visit since proved to be a similarly helpful and fluid experience.

great service - great lighting. I recently purchased lighting for several rooms in my home and I was very unsure of what I needed. The staff at Lighting Loft was so helpful and I'm so pleased with the results. I never would have thought of some of the products they suggested and they were both beautiful and practical. Steve is so nice!

Worst customer service. The Lighting Loft ladies barely looked up when I walked in, and when I said, "Hello," and smiled, the one behind the computer just looked at me blankly. The other one, with the badly bleached hair, continued nibbling at her lunch. I walked around the store for at least 15 minutes, and not once did they ask if I needed assistance. I was looking for a simple drum pendant light to purchase and even found one I liked. I was so irritated by the lack of service, though, that I left promptly without buying it. While I appreciate not being assaulted by an employee, at least acknowledge my existence. And for what it's worth, I was dressed in business casual and had showered that morning.

Very unfriendly staff, very overpriced. I recently went there to get a consultation on lighting for my loft. As I walked in, I was ignored for the whole time I was in the store, although I was the only customer in the store. When I asked for help I was told that someone would be with me shortly, but noone ever came to help me. I will never goo back. The lighting is nice, but way overpriced and the service is horrible.

TERRIBLE customer service.... My brother and I went here to look for lights for a new business, we needed about 100 fixtures. We entered the store and the three women working there sat in their seats continuing to do whatever they were doing, never looked up, never said hello, never acknowledged that we were in the store. VERY RUDE! Would not recommend this place.

Best lights in Atlanta!. I absolutely love this place! They have the best selection of lighting fixtures--lots of very unique pieces. The staff really helped me figure out which pieces would work best for me. Go see them!
