Editorial Review for Pacific Kitchen – by Jennifer Soong
The Scene
The inviting space in Inman Park, which formerly housed Lush, features two airy dining rooms painted in earthy, natural tones and a small bar. Dainty flowers adorn every walnut tabletop, creating a pleasant atmosphere for romantic dates or casual dining. Sit on the shaded patio weather-permitting and watch local passersby. Servers are affable and courteous.
The Food
The California-inspired seasonal menu features organic ingredients, some from the restaurant's own herb garden. Start with freshly baked bread, an avocado spring roll appetizer or the house crab cake, which doesn't skimp on meat. The cedar plank-grilled salmon, beautifully presented, is tender and drizzed with a maple soy sauce, served with shitake mushrooms and wild rice. The farfalle with chicken abounds with flavor, dressed in a creamy roasted garlic sauce with artichokes, tomatoes and baby spinach. Cap the meal off with the decadent raspberry-tinged chocolate lovers cake.

Loved the atmosphere! It was very elegant yet very relaxed. The service was tremendous-very friendly. The food was absolutely perfect. We had a large party, and this did not even affect the timely service. I had the Wild Mushroom & Feta Pork Roulade-out of this world. Best item on the menu. I can't wait to share this with other friends-I am definitely going back!!
Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Service
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Our family went there last night in a party of nine. We tried every appetizer, and most of the entres. Everything was excellent Chef Shannon has definitely out done herself. We each tried each other's entre's and I had gotten the tomato bisque. I was truly impressed. We are going back Saturday evening for drinks and going to see how the bar scene or nightlife is there. Location was a little hard to find, definitely needs more signs, but it was well worth the visit!
Pros: Food, service, price
Cons: signage
