Very Unreliable

We made a reservation w/ this company for a move and they gave us a window of two hours in which they would arrive. The two hour window came and went with no call from the movers. We called All American Movers and they said it would take them at least another two hours to show up. We were on a tight time frame and had agreed to the initial window of time they had estimated to arrive. We understand that unexpected things come up that alter their time frame but frick'n call us and let us know...don't leave us sitting there waiting for you. They offered no explanation for missing their appointed time frame except that the window of time was an estimated window that could shift!!! What the hell does that even mean......the "window" of time IS the estimation. After wasting the majority of our day waiting for these clowns we ended up doing it ourselves. Don't waste your time, call a different moving company.

Not Reliable

I recently scheduled this company to unload my furniture on a recent move. A confirmation number was given and I was told they would be there on the date scheduled, but they would not guarantee a time (as they had other jobs working). On the appointed date we waited for the movers, but they never showed up and they never called the number given to them in case of problems. After waiting several hours, we called their number and got a recording that someone would contact us shortly. That never happened. So we ended up unloading it ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

very thorough

These guys wrapped EVERYTHING! It was nice but it takes longer and you pay by the hour. They were fast and never complained. I would definitely hire them again.
