You don't see too many nice little Chinese restaurants around Duluth so I was pretty astonished when East Pearl had opened up. The atmosphere is nothing like a typical Chinese restaurant but still gives off a good vibe. Although East Pearl wasn't the best and most authentic Chinese I've had- around Duluth was the best. Not too pricey, not too crowded, and open late. I absolutely love the way the cooks make the mapo tofu.

Like it. The seafood and dim sum there is good. You might need to wake up early for the dim sum in the weekend as it is packed.
