Most offensive customer treatment in my 32 years on earth. All,

I'm a single father and have been here twice. The staff seemed nice enough and the haircut was ok, although I will agree with previous posts as it is over priced. Im a single father with a demanding job so really the only time i can get a haircut is on the weekend when i have her. She has sat in my lap and has always been good while I get my haircut the previous 2 visits. As I just tried to set my next appointment, I was told by the manager to come without my daughter as it was destracting to their staff. Clearly I will never come back, but this guy has more to worry about than losing my business, as I noticed when leaving this is a Paul Mitchel salon. Corporations don't think too much of descrimination. And yes, this was also the Tatooed gentleman mentioned in previous posts. I feel sorry for him, as well as the future of this new business.

Beware!! Poor customer service and overpriced!. I rarely write a bad review, knowing that everyone can make a mistake or have a bad day, but in this circumstance, it is deserved and others need to be aware and avoid this Salon.

1.The staff is incompetent and extremely rude, particularly the male "host" (arms covered with Tatoos--nothing against tats, just letting you know who it is). He needs lessons on customer service. Even answering the phone he makes you feel like you are inconveniencing and bothering him

2. They make incorrect appointments. You need to confirm before you go--your appointment might not be waiting for you.

3. It is overpriced. You are paying for what they think is a cool retro look, but the staff has high turnover and is mostly inexperienced. Look elsewhere for better cuts at a more reasonable price.

4. Look around, the place is most always empty with the exception of Sat afternoon. That ought to tell you something!

Friendly stylists and great service. Jason cut my hair and did my color and he did a great job. I really love it now! I was impressed with how friendly all the staff were with each other and with all the customers. Some salons can be snooty and snippy but I felt very at home and comfortable at Nadine's. VA Highlands parking is a pain in the rear but there are also cool restaurants, bars and shops nearby so I try to make my appointments a "twofer" by hitting one of them while I'm in the area.

Amazing!. I absolutely love this salon! I followed my stylist Allison from another salon, and I love everything about Nadine's. I've had my hair done by numerous high end salons all over the country and I can't say enough good things about Allison - I'll sum it up by this - I still drive 6 hours to Atlanta from my current home in Florida because no one seems to be able to come close to the quality of cut and highlights I get at Nadine's. The atmosphere is great, relaxing, fun and the entire staff is fabulous!

Great service, fantastic style, cool space. Tonya is wonderful!! My hair has never looked better, and she's a blast. Plus, this place has the best magazine selection. When you're finished and looking beautiful, there are lots of places to take your new hair out for a drink - you're at the intersection of Virginia and North Highland.

Best Damn Salon in Atlanta. This salon is fantastic. The atmosphere and location are terrific. The staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. As opposed to a rush in-rush out experience, you are treated as a valued patron every single visit. I've had several cuts and will never go anyplace else. The scalp massage alone is worth the visit. I recommend Nadine's to absolutely everyone I know. The best!

THE BEST GUYS CUT IN THE ATL. I sent my hussband to Allison and I must say she is magic! She took a boring what the f hair style and turned it into a fun, today, yet cool cut!

Nadine's Triple Crown. I've been to many salons in Atlanta since I moved here in 2000 and think Lindsey Wetherald gives the best haircut downtown Atlanta. Nadine's also has great ambiance and everyone is friendly. Love the place!

Awesome!. I love this place. I have been here a few times for haircuts and have always walked out extremely happy with my cut. The staff here is wonderful and thus far it has been pretty easy to get appointments, even on weekends. In particular, I have never had more people compliment me on my new 'do than with the last cut I got at Nadine's. Easily best hair-cut I've ever had (and *not* the most expensive).
