This company is terrible and I will never use them again. Trying to address complaints by calling the office is absolutely no good at all. This woman is NOT a good business woman. She doesn't care about long term relationships, only the money. They were quite cheap, but not worth using
Pros: The team were quite friendly
Cons: The woman owner is rude and has no business sense

I didn't think they were reliable or professional. They did turn up for the appointment after the time they had said. I didn't think the team were the most experienced at handling my possessions. They weren't as careful as I would have beenn if I had done it myself. When I unpacked, some wooden pieces I had were broken. It must have taken a bit of a drop for them to break. I felt at the end of the move, there was almost an expectation that I was going to tip the workers. I honestly didn't think they deserved one. I wouldn't use them again
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Not on time, some items broken
