Awesome Restaurant. My sister was coming to visit and she is a vegetarian and I am not. This was the perfect restaurant for both of us with the added plus of no msg and organic. It was awesome! Every selection on the menu could have tofu substituted for the meat and some options were vegan. And, to my surprise, it was in Tucker only a couple of miles from my home. I go to the Home Depot right next door all the time and never noticed that little shopping center. The service was sooo good too. Which makes for an even better time because the people there were so nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you like Thai. I will definitely be going back as often as I can.

best thai restaurant for vegetarians and carnivores!. I have to think that the caustic review by "tangoland" recommending another thai restaurant is a complete fake. L'thai is a winner. We found l'thai by its great reviews online. otherwise, you could miss it completely--its in a sketchy looking strip mall. inside, its as pretty as can be with a waterfall, and full size tree with lights. It would be a nice place to take a date. The waitstaff does not speak english that well but they are perfectly nice. the manager is great--ask for him if you have special food needs or just a great organic beer recommendation. the staff remember you quickly, and suggest things you might like from other things you liked before. from time to time, the service is slow, but always kind. Now the food--first of all, the best, best rice ever. i know, who cares about rice--but this is what brown rice is supposed to taste like. You can eat it by itself, it is that good. The curries are flavorful. some of the plain rice and noodle dishes in the back of the menu are kind of basic, so stick to the first four pages. our favorite appetizers are the fried spring rolls (like no other spring roll you have had) and the basil rolls. You can smell the basil coming to the table, they are that fresh. try the lobster special and green mango salad for something a bit unusual. the soup is also good. i usually get tofu, my husband gets chicken, and we both love our dishes. some of the servings are really big, some are small, it depends on the meal, but the prices are so reasonable for a nice restaurant, especially for really fresh organic food, i can't believe anyone would complain. L'Thai is very unique, especially for OTP. Highly recommend it!

Regular Customer WILL NOT Return!!. I have eaten at this place about 10 times and have always ordered the same thing. I have known that the servers are not very friendly but the food tastes good and its organic.

As I said I order the same thing every time a Tofu dish but they brought me Chicken by mistake. When I asked for what I had ordered they brought it within 3 mins which was great BUT the portion was VERY small.

I pointed this out to the server and she insisted that the Tofu dish is much smaller that the dish with meat. I then explained that I order this dish every time and it is always a 'meal' size portion BUT she became RUDE and was unwilling to offer to make it right.

For a dish that costs $12 you would expect to have enough to fill the entire plate and it including the rice cover 1/4 of my plate after putting what little was brought.

The server makes the mistake then penalizes the amount of food and becomes indignant toward me when I complained to the other server when asked was I happy. The other server said they cannot do anything to fix the problem and to email the owner. I have sent the owner an email but I doubt I will hear back from them.

Additionally, the pictures they provide here are NOT what you get in presentation! If you order curry dishes don't expect any veggies you will not get any.

GOTO Chiangmai Thai Cuisine which is just up the street if you want Great service and Great Thai food EVERY TIME!! I just wish they were Organic with Brown Rice as they are MUCH BETTER IN SERVICE AND THE PORTIONS!

L'thai!. Just came back from a delicious dinner. This was my first time there. I must say I have been trying to find curry this good since my favorite restaurant in Athens closed down years ago. I am sure I will be back again and again.

The best food outside of Thailand. Tucked away kinda between Tucker & Lilburn is this wonderful lil gem of a place that you absolutely MUST check out!

You can get traditional spicy or varying grades of spice-level.

There is NEVER too much seasoning or spice to overshadow the food. I go here even when the budget is tight - I mean this place is the bomb!

Love this place!. I've never written a review before, but I read the reviews prior to coming to this place and wanted to throw my two cents in as well. This place was great! We went in around 2:30 on Saturday, and of course at that time they weren't very busy. The place had a nice atmosphere, was clean, and decorated nicely. My boyfriend mentioned that he wished they had a small TV by the bar so he could check the scores of the games, but that was our only minor complaint. Our order was taken as soon as we were ready, and we ordered a bottle of wine as well. We were suprised by the wine service, it was very formal and the waitress did a great job at it. Our food arrived pretty quickly, and was exactly as we had ordered it. I had the Pineapple Curry Fried Rice (Vegetable) and it was seriously amazing - so good that my boyfriend and I got another order to-go to split for dinner. I'm still thinking about it two days later. One additional note, I thought it was great that when we ordered the second order to-go, the waiter noticed that we ordered the vegetable kind, and asked if eggs were ok just to make sure we weren't vegan. As a vegetarian, that kind of stuff impresses me. My boyfriend got the Green Curry with scallops and enjoyed it, although he said it was a bit on the spicy side, which I guess is to each person's individual taste. As far as the price goes, if you compare to other Asain and Thai places around the area it is a bit more expensive, but you really get what you pay for since all the food is really well prepared and it is organic, which is important to some people (like me). And if this type quality place was in Buckhead the price would be much much lower than comparable restaurants. The only small negative was that it took a while to get the check, but once we asked for it we got it pretty quickly. I'm really excited my boyfriend lives only a few minutes from this place, we have agreed it is now our regular place for the weekends. Can't wait to have that fried rice again and try other things on the menu!!!

Great Food!. I always try to eat here every time I get a chance. I came here last tuesday. Even though the food was great, but the service was slow. They only have one server working that day. She was running around trying to serve other tables, therefore there was a delay to get service at our table. I'm guessing economy is bad, that's why they cut employees off and only have one server work that day? But she did an ecstatic job when we finally got our food order and service was on a roll. I hope the next time we come again, service will be faster because that was unusual.

One of the best Thai places in Atlanta. Whenever I have to do some work in Tucker, this is the place I go for lunch. The Prik Khing is amazing and the curries are all very good as well. The prices for lunch are great and service is good as well.

The only thing odd about the place is the location, in a small strip mall on Lawrenceville Hwy. I think they'd get more business if they were located somewhere inside the perimeter, not in the mostly industrial area where they are located.

Wonderful Experience. I came for lunch today and I enjoyed it so much! The food was great, and the service was wonderful. They have a beautiful tree in the middle. Everything looks clean and neat. I absolutely love the ladies uniform, they all match and looks very feminine. But I wonder why this restaurant don't have uniform for the men? He only wore an orange t-shirt. I recommend you guys do the same for the men, so they can look professional too! Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I recommend this place to everyone if you haven't been, you're missing out!
