Rude, Unhelpful, Rip Off. I purchased a groupon for this salon. $25 for $50 of service. I contacted them within 24 hours expiry of the coupon to ask if they would honor it. They said no which I though was fair enough, because the groupon had expired. But the owner was rude and unhelpful and would not even honor the $25 that I had paid for the groupon. I felt compelled to write because I thought this was an excessively harsh position to take.
