Craving For More. I've always heard about Suno but had never went to the location itself. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and been craving for ice-cream. My sister took me there and we shared the Volcano shaved ice that was soooo fulfilling! I do admit that the staff was not friendly. I stood in front of the register just staring at the girl for a few seconds waiting for her to assist me, but she totally did not acknowledge me and looked right past me. I had to say to her, "I'm ready to order" before she finally asked what I wanted. I swear, I get so embarassed when us Asians are not as courteous to their customers as American restaurants. I was going to take my American friends there, but after that experience, I think I will just get a To-Go order next time.

delicious desserts. this place has a variety of shaved ice you can choose from. i like the friendly atmosphere and the free wi-fi. a good hangout for teenagers, young adults, and I see alot of family with cute little kids here.

Great Summer Treat. Our group just went to Suno after eating at tofu house in the super h-mart mall. As usual one plate of Suno is really huge, so we shared two plates by five of us. Mango and Moca one. MMmm it was great summer treat! One comment I have ~~ something is different there at Suno ~~ last summer I think it had much more fun air in the place, but it is more like other bakeries or coffee shops. I don't know... Maybe I had a too good impression last summer? Suno still has great desserts so we'll go back there all right.

Great date place. Awesome atmosphere.. Looking to take a date to a cool trendy dessert place, Suno Dessert Cafe is the place. The place has this cool modern stylizish look. Shaved ice is different, but you should definitely try it once. Go on ladies' night and buy one, get one free. Meet the owner if you can, he is really friendly!

the asian dessert hangout. I've read some of these reviews and most of you are all wrong. Most of the employees are college students, some a little older, and a few that are still in highschool. Everyone has their own way of doing something, for these people it's the same. I love suno, especially the mango... however it is only a seasonal thing. The hangout is quite comfy. During the summer it is way too crowded though.

asian style starbucks?!. I went there couple times. Suno is a trendy cozy place to hang out. However dessert is a bit pricey for just a plate filled with ice. Recently they added crepes in the menu which looks pretty good but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Servers were all college (or high school?) students whom don't really know what service is. One girl talked on the phone all time when making the dessert, and was even walking in the dinning room with her cell phone and see no customers in her eyes! Another girl in casual wear (not sure she's working there or just friend of servers) was cleaning the dinning room with full month of food... lost my appetite right away... wondering is that how teenagers think of apropriate working attitudes?

light and refreshing. The shaved ice is awesome. It's piled high on a plate and makes a great dessert for two. What differentiates it from other places is that the shaved ice is so light and refreshing, also low in fat.

I live ITP and thus don't get to Suno that often, but if there was a location close to me, I could see myself eating there 3 times a week, easily. My only gripe is that it can be a pain to head east on Pleasant Hill when you are done.

Best shaved ice and crepe in town. I love the shaved ice at Suno! It's not the ordinary shaved ice at all. The ice itself is so fine and fluffy and almost a bit milky and sweet. The toppings are made of fresh ingredients, sweet but not sickening sweet, plus, going back for more syrup is free of charge. I was also pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. As far as ordering goes, I went there with my freinds every week (that's a good maybe 40-50 times) in the past year and so far only 1 of my friends had her order a bit messed up. They are more than happy to correct the order no questions asked. The staffs there are very nice and friendly.

Overall I wish they open one up in midtown too since going up to Duluth is quite a bit of drive. Lucky for whoever lives around there.

Very Cool Sweet Treat. My boyfriend and I go to Suno about once a week and we love it! Their unique shaved ice with fruit toppings is delicious. They are very affordale treats and great for a hot sunny afternoon. It's an awesome spot for kids and besides, Wednesday nights are half off. That's a bargain. The staff is a little premature but then again, they're all probably still in highschool.

Good Price for a good desert but.... Good Location, Good deserts and variaty but their employees kinda mess up your orders... fisrt time was pretty good, we went back but the employees don't remember the menu and add anything to your order, third time should be a charm, but not for the employees in this place.....
