The Scene
From the gargantuan lava lights to the groovy decor, it's easy to imagine the "Sex and the City" girls hanging out here under the mod blown-glass lighting. Sip a lemon basil martini as you float through the L-shaped room, past the curving red banquettes, a massive concrete-topped bar, provocative art work and an open kitchen. Servers move swiftly to keep the libations and food flowing.
The Food
It's easy to adore the creative, yet accessible small plates that are Mediterranean, Italian and Asian-inspired. Savory favorites shine such as sweet-hot, saline oysters with ginger mignonette and wasabi oil and fork-tender braised pork with sweet barbecue flavor and the sheen of melted fontina. The grilled Italian bleu cheese sandwich with smoked proscuitto and robust potato gnocchi with veal sweetbreads in a creamy mushroom sauce are also standouts. For dessert, sample the sinful smores-like Nutella, sheep's ricotta and hazelnut pizza.

This is a great concept!! The bartenders are very attentive & gracious! The food was memorable. I plan to go back very soon!

Loved: Rare tuna cubes ($10), grilled bleu cheese sandwich ($5) Other dishes ordered: BBQ pork pizza with cole slaw ($7) was surprisingly good, but I probably would try something else next time; Crispy bass with bok choy and sticky rice ($20) was good, but not amazing a little bit of a fishy aftertaste Wine: Chianti (~$45) Notes: I would stick to the small plates great value, get to try a lot of different things. Great loungy atmosphere. My Bill: $57.00 my portion - split equally for 3 small plates, one entrée, and bottle of wine.
Pros: Small Plates Offer Great Value and Amazing Taste
Cons: Entrees were slightly disappointing
