Laura!. Laura was great at the Marietta Town Center Prado location! I was so happy to find a salon that was cute with such reasonable prices! I got a color and cut and was in there less than two hours which is great when you have other things to do. I was really happy with the customer service and would recommend this salon to anyone.
Nice salon, but extremely expensive.. The salon is nice, but extremely expensive. I found my hair cut only average. My color was definitely not what I had wanted. It was way too bright and had to be toned down. After the toning, the stylist told me it was a temporary toning and I could go back for more toning down if it washed out too soon. It washed out in two weeks, but who has time to constantly go to the salon? I would have preferred to have the correct color in the first place. I'd try it again with a different stylist.
mona and john tops. hey to all you gals looking for great hair I just got the very best cut of my life from john!!! So easy I love it.It always looks great his skills are awsome,Mona colored my hair to accent the cut so I look amazing.Front desk friendly and online booking. Super
Looking Good. I recently had my third experience at Bob Steele and, as in the prior visits, was extremely pleased. Great staff that took care of me from start to finish. The price was right and I look great!! Excellent color team that actually gets it! See you guys in a month.
great salon. Bob Steele Salon,Marietta is great .I have seen several levels at this salon for both cut and color. These guys are great with no attitude!!! I have tried other top salon in Atlanta and that was not the case. Thanks guys for a relaxing expierence.
I have never been let down. I have been going to Bob Steele Salon for a couple of years. Mona and John have never let me down. I especially like the online booking feature the salon has.
Upsell, Upsell, Upsell!!. I have been here twice after shopping for a salon since moving here. Both times I was charged way more than the price that was quoted up front. They nickle and dime you until you have in my case an additional $70 in fees by the time you check out. They charge extra for everything!!! Salon services are fair. The aveda color has fried my hair. I feel like I can't trust this place to be up front- I am moving on... Beware!!!!
Worst Aveda Coloring I have ever Had!!!.
Called to make my appointment and was taken the same day but I was never informed that these salons work on a level stylist system. I was given a novice without being told whom I was dealing with. They knew I was a new client when I called. Had I been informed of their system, I would NOT have accepted this level stylist! I had a retouch on my highlights and to tone down the brassiness that had taken into my existing color. I ended up looking like a Calico Cat, orange and yellow throughout my dark toned hair. Attempt to fix it at first appeared to help but once fully dry had only mismatch color further.
The finish was worse! My curly hair diffuses into ringlets. When finished, one side was still damp and the other side dry and crispy and frizzy on the dry side! BEWARE
Great Salon!. I moved to Atlanta about 7 months ago and was having trouble finding a good salon here. A couple people at work said I should try Bob Steele Salon. I can truely say it is the best salon for me. The people there are surprisingly nice and not stuck up like some salons I have been to. Danny does my hair at the Atlanta location. I think there are 2 or three locations in the Atlanta area. Definately worth checking out.
Not satiesfied.
I tried bob steele salon on windward about a week ago, after being help by keisha ( i think), i feel so dissapointed about my hair cut, it has no style at all, i already got split ends which it means is a bad cut and gets affected by humidity! She straight my hair and then started the hair cut, my ends looked very split after all...I think is a bad way to do a hair cut! I've been in other places and they had never suggest this method before. I also think is expensive, i paid $41 for senior stylist and $11 for flat iron ( the worse i ever had ), plus tips...
I just won't recommend this place to anybody!
