Sister restaurant to ever-popular Twist, Shout could have easily been dubbed "Flirt." The ultrahip scene attracts sexy singles to its 18,000-square-foot space, which houses a sushi lounge, intimate dining areas and several bars. Midtowners sip fruity cocktails while hipsters jockey for the best viewing tables, where they eye an eclectic menu of tapas, pizza and sushi. For a great view and VIP people-watching, head to the Miami-esque rooftop lounge complete with private cabanas.

Shout provides customers with a variety of items to choose from with their ecclectic menu. My roomate and I go there every Tuesday because it is half price bottles of wine!! The atmosphere is very unique and the rooftop patio is one of the best in the City. However the service at Shout tends to be a little on the slow side so if your in a hurry- you may want to go somewhere else!

* Be yourself: Write like you’d talk to a friend. Are you a burrito expert? Was this your first massage? Say so. * Think local: Mention the neighborhood and nearby attractions. * Play fair: Don’t hold burger joints to the same standards as four-star restaurants. * Be specific: “Perfectly crisp crust” is more helpful than “tasty pizza.” * Give details: Specialty menu items? Unique spa treatments? Get the word out!
