I HAD READ A COUPLE OF POOR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY BUT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A GOOD FRIEND SO I TOOK A CHANCE. I HAVE BEEN HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY. CATHLEEN IS VERY HELPFUL WITH FOLLOW UP AND JULIE IS VERY PATIENT WITH AN INEXPERIENCED NEW LANDLORD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Awful leasing management company. Awful experience. I hired this company to take care of leasing my house. They don't return calls and emails and issues remain unresolved. I wouldn't recommend IHP to anyone.
