Very poor service

I used to order take out from there all the time, and I always left a tip. They have forgotten several parts of my order. The last time, I called back and the girl said "I'll take down your name and the next time you come in I can give it to you". NO APOLOGIES, nothing. I live around the corner. All I want is my complete order. I go back and they have it ready for me. I get home, and it is uncooked. Literally. I am being punished because I asked them to correct thier mistake? This is service at it's worst. Please do not patronize this place.
