Great weekend buffet. I have been to several Indian restaurant buffets around Atlanta, but this one is the most extensive. Everything is outstanding and great service. I would advise to go early or late, the crowd during peak lunch hours is large and you often have to wait. I have also ordered dinner take out from here which was also enjoyable. Recommend!
don't visit this restaurant!. Very disappointing experience. Our papad doesn't show up for at least half an hour after which my husband had to ask for it. I asked for dosa and they said they were too busy in the back to make it and if they did it would take a long time for it to come. The paneer pakodas that usually come with chutney were served with a dollop of ketchup. Customer service is zero. All the waiters have the most forlorn look on their faces. They don't know how to interact with the customer. Also don't order the Shahi paneer. it is just a bowl of sauce with a few shavings of paneer.
Great Vindaloo. Try the lamb vindaloo, it is wonderfully spicy. The samosas are great too!
Really Enjoyed It. I had the chicken marsala dinner and it was awesome! Was there with some friends, one of whom had never had Indian food, and he loved it. If you are really picky on service, might not be the spot for you. If you can relax and like to try new food items, this is a great spot. Have not had the buffet, only a la carte menu items. I thought it was one of the best Indian places I had been to, and will definitely go back. Could use a more descriptive menu. Was glad to have an "experienced" Indian food eater with me to explain everything. Not sure the waiters would have been that helpful in that regard.
The Lunch Buffet is great !!!. This one is near my office. I like the lunch buffet. I go out at least once a month with my office friends. The ambience is not great. It looks dull and furnitures are not that great but food is awesome. I like the south indian food - Vada, Rasam and Idli. The Lunch menu is also attractive. My friends always like the Tandoor chicken ,chiken butter masala and the Goat curry.I had come here once for dinner with my husband and the service was not so great. May be because they were packed. I will definitely reocmmend this one for lunch buffet.
Worst South Indian Food I ever eat. Hi guys... One of my friend was giving us a treat so we went there for first time and order south Indian dishes, like Mysore Masala and Uttapam..... Both dishes are f***ed up..... Mysore Masala was soft like a tortilla and in Mysore Masala, they gave the chatani with sambar instead of spreading it inside the Mysore Masala, Aloo bhaji in Mysore Masala was not dry and was looking like made with gravy... and Uttapam was not like the regular masala uttapa, First time I had seen Uttapam with green peas and carrots.... taste was worst ever... we also thought of taking dessert after this.... but couldn't have it because of previous food quality and taste
HORRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & "SELECTIVE" SERVICE !!!!.
This is probably one of the worst restaurants that I have ever been to.... I went along with a friend and was totally disappointed with the quality of customer service and "SELECTIVE" service....... folks that came after us got their entrees before we even got out appetizers .... We had to gently remind thee waiters atleast twice and wait for a bit to get our order !!!!
To summarise... its a horrible restaurant that I wouldn't recommend to anyone else
Be careful reviews are false.
The ratings appear articially inflated. It is impossible that all indian restaurants have a rating of 4 or 4.5 on 5 and when you visit them, you have the most disastrous experience. The ratings are inflated by restaurant owner and their family who post extremely positive reviews. The result is that all Indian restaurants in atlanta end up having a rating of 4 or 5.
Pl use discretion and word of mouth to visit any Indian restaurant because the ratings are false.
I hope you have a wonderful experience experimenting with indian food.
Excellent food, huge portions, great prices. This is my favorite spot to eat when I'm craving Indian food! I usually go with the ala carte which is about $10 for a deceivingly large portion of food. I love spicy food, so if you do also, you must try the Chicken Vindaloo. I always leave extremely stuffed AND have leftovers enough for 2 more times. It's a great value for the price!
