Outstanding Customer Service. I'm from Marietta but now live in San Francisco. I flew out last month for the wedding of my best friend from high school. Since I was coming out for the rehearsal dinner a day before the wedding, my husband agreed to bring my bridesmaid dress with him when he traveled the following day...

As you might have guessed, the airline lost our bag. This left me crying in the Continental baggage claim, hysterical that I'd ruin my friend's wedding by not having my bridesmaid dress. Another quick thinking bridesmaid started calling local bridal shops to see if anyone happened to have the dress we needed. She popped into Bel Fiore, explained the situation, and they sold us the sample right off the rack. They even took the time to show my friend how to pin and alter the dress should we need to adjust sizing.

My original dress DID finally arrive in time for me to wear at the wedding, and with one phone call, the wonderful salespeople at Bel Fiore said they were so glad to hear that my original dress had arrived, and they'd be happy to accept the return of the sample dress.

I couldn't believe that everything worked out, and the bride never new what had happened (until we told her later that day, of course.)

Bel Fiore saved one of the most important days of my life. I would absolutely recommend them due to their incredible customer service. They really did go above and beyond.

Awesome experience!. Bel Fiore is the perfect bridal store! As soon as you walk in you feel more at home than in any other store. The intimate environment is perfect for choosing a dress for your special day. All the girls working there are so helpful and give you honest feed back. I felt like they really understood my style and what I was looking for. I picked my dress on my first visit and got lots of perks because of it! I would recommend Bel Fiore to anyone!

Great Store & Help!. My experience was perfect - Diara helped me and my mom and she was so kind and extremely helpful with picking out dresses and helping me try them on. I felt no pressure to purchase anything right away, and Diara gave me space to think it through. I loved the personalized dressings room and even slippers and robe ready for in between changing - the whole experience was much more comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Bel Fiore and am very happy to have purchased my wedding gown with you!

Love My Dress!. I love my dress I found at Bel Fiore Bridal today!!! I could tell my consultant Diara really cared about me and my decision - SHE picked out my dress! I can't wait to wear it. I have 2 friends that are also engaged, I'm going to be sure they go here first and save the time and effort I wasted by shopping elsewhere.

Found "The" Dress at Bel Fiore!!!!. I had shopped all over for a dress I had in mind......finally I found it at Bel Fiore and bought it on the spot!!! Diara was incredible! She made my gown buying experience awesome and made me feel confident in my decision.....even when I did change my mind ten times about the color.....and still called her twice after I left to change it and change it back! She was very patient and very supportive.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great service, and great prices (and are willing to work with the price if at all possible). Thank you Bel Fiore!

Trunk show!. I recently attended a trunk show at Bel Fiore Bridal! Not only was the staff super friendly and knowledgeable, but I also got to design my own custom headpiece for my wedding with a local designer! Knowing that I got to be a part of the design process, not just purchasing the headpiece, was amazing! This special event makes my wedding even more personal! : ) Thank you Bel Fiore!!

Best shopping experience I had!. Of course, I had to shop all over the city before making my dress decision. And Bel Fiore was my last stop. I should've gone there first. My friends and I were joking that they had the coolest name, but they really did end up being the coolest place. My consultant Diara was never pushy, she really wanted me to find just the right dress that really was "me." I never felt pressured at all. I just wish I would've saved the time and gone there first. Can't wait till it comes in and I can try MINE on! Thank you girls, especially Diara!

quick turnaround & always helpful. i went to bel fiore on a busy Saturday and although they were very busy never did i feel like i was unimportant. my wedding is very soon and they showed me all of my options and i had more choices than i thought i would. i was very happy with the gown i chose & surprised at the helpfulness and options i had, given my short time frame.

would definitely recommend them, but definitely make an appointment, they're in high demand

Simply the BEST. I just helped my sister buy a wedding dress here. We originally were going to "get some ideas" and then have a dress made. We arrived to the salon with five people, including an antsy 3-yr-old. The salesperson immediately got the wedding fundamentals from my sister in a relaxed, friendly interview, and we began trying on dresses immediately. They had a great balance between letting us pull things and suggesting things themselves. Most importantly, they never strayed outside our budget comfort zone, and there was zero pressure to buy. Only a wonderful salesperson asking my sister "What did you like? What didn't you like?" She was amazing.

In the end, my sister fell in love with a gown far under her budget, and purchased it the next day! They even threw in a wonderful package of wedding goodies (free veil, free earrings, etc).

We went to a much more swanky place later that day, and were horribly disappointed by the snobby attitude and the cold atmosphere.

Bel Fiore really is the best game in town!

nice. even though appointments are required i was a walk-in & was helped right away. they were very busy, but managed to squeeze me in. i found a few dresses i really liked, but ended up loveing one. i decided to order my dress that day, b/c of the great special they were having. when you buy your dress here you get discounts on other wedding vendors, & so far, I have booked 2 of them! what a great perk for buying your dress from here. check them out!
