Uninformed manager, very bad service, ok food, strict NO NO.
Having read so much about this restaurant on this site (a rating of 9.0), a bunch of us went there the other day and we were in for a surprise. The guy who took our order had no clue about what kind of beer they serve at the place; had no clue about ingredients; had to run in every now and then to confirm with his chef or higher ups and couldn't speak properly. Anyway, besides that we had to wait for at least 40 minutes (no exaggeration) to get starters. Another 20 minutes before main course arrived. Food was very ordinary. No flavor and too hot. To make it worse our bill came with 15% gratuity already added. 15% for such a horrible service!
None of us would ever go back. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

(Duluth location) Food OK, Service Bad, Prices high. The menu already informs you that 15% gratuity will be added to your check, no matter how many people are in your party. So, now that the serving staff already has your 15% in their pocket, they have no reason to be nice to you. Never seen any of the servers serving you with a smile. Isn't gratuity amount a customer's choice, based on the quailty of food, the service and satisfaction? The food is not that great either.

good sequel. second branch of the popular location in duluth. this one is cleaner, bigger and better. service here is awesome.
