i found a toyota camry here at autoplex import and called on the phone and they were very nice and when i got here on saturday everything they told me on the phone they stood by it and was very nice. and gave me a 30 day warranty as he said he would. they were very help and very honest and when anyone or myself need a car i will give them a call again. i would highly advise anyone to come here or visit their website. ***** i give them a 5 * or higher rating thanks autoplex imports !!! im now a new owner of a toyota camry

I found an Xterra for a pretty low price here so I came in and test drove it and it was fine. They let me take it to the Nissan dealership for inspection and it checked out good. They took a little off the price to make up for getting new tires as well.

Overall very painless and I couldn't find an Xterra for near as good of a deal

Hardest working car dealership in town!!. With several negative experiences with car dealerships I was very apprehensive going to Autoplex Imports. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff at this dealership. Faced with many challenges they managed to get me in the vehicle of my choice. So often when one goes to a dealership do they try to sell you what they want versus what you want. Based on my current credit situation and after going to several dealerships who wanted to put me in a sub par vehicle I really didn't think they could help but they did and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. If you face barriers when purchasing a car I strongly suggest that you check them out. You will get a quality vehicle, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Autoplex to those with or without challenges when purchasing a car. Thank you Autoplex for the experience....A satisfied customer!

Easiest car purchase ever!. Staff was helpful, I was able to get them to work with me on price to get it down to my budget because we were able to arrange our own financing. My salesman Abdul was very down to earth and friendly and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had and I actually worked in the car business for several years. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

BEST CAR DEALERZ..... sooo 2 wks ago my car broke dwn had 2 upgrade ASAP! buying a car was the worst esp at tax tym but driving around i bumped into Autoplex Imports & found a great deal....am happy happy!

Good at mismanaging and misdirection, and not even good at lying to me. The biggest pro of this dealer is they have generally very nice mid market imports for really low prices. They do conduct themselves professionally on the phone but there are several things I refuse to overlook in my brief dealings with them.

First, I did send every bit of information I was asked to send when I was asked to send it and then some and still nothing could be worked out - not all of that is the fault of theirs, but to my lack of credit depth - still the time frame they tried to work in was sluggish at best. I mainly felt as though I was being told "we'll call you in a few minutes" in an effort to buy themselves some time. Generally I perceive 'a few minutes; to be anywhere from 10-30 minutes and in most cases I was not called back at all and resorted to calling them. Frequently there seemed to be an inter-company communication break down - for example On Monday I was told that David was negotiating with banks that day, yet on Tuesday David himself said he didn't work Monday - so I'll give someone the benefit of the doubt and write it off as miscommunication because I really would hate to think I had been lied to about something as simple as someone calling a bank. Another example was I was told David was being handed my file at about 2:15pm on Tuesday, then about an hour later David told me he needed to pull it. Finally, I was repeatedly told "yes, we can get approval", or "approval is no problem, we'll have everything at noon for you to come down and you'll be done in no time" - yet here it is 3pm and David says "I still don't know if I can get approval". I no longer have the desire to think of giving business to you, no matter how much I liked to car.

not professional..... I WENT HERE WITH MY SISTER BOTH SEEKING A CAR. MY SISTER WENT ALONG WITH HER PROCESS FIRST BECAUSE I WAS UNDECIDED ON WHAT I WANTED. SHE DECIDED ON A 02 MONTE CARLO AND WAS TOLD, AFTER HER CREDIT WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY RAN, THAT SHE COULD PUT DOWN $250 AND DO PICK UP PAYMENTS ON THE REST OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. SHE GAVE THEM 250 BUT DIDNT LEAVE THE LOT WITH THE CAR. SHE CAME BACK THE NEXT WEEK TO GIVE THEM THE REST OF THE DOWN PAYMENT THAT THEY NEEDED AND SIGN PAPERWORK. AFTER SIGNING, PAYING, AND EVEN TRANSFERING HER INSURANCE OVER TO THE CAR, THEY TELL HER SHE'S NOT EVEN APPROVED YET AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 5 HOURS BEFORE SHE GOT THE BANKS APPROVAL. THIS UPSET HER SO SHE ASKED FOR HER MONEY BACK. THEY GAVE HER HALF BACK WITH A CHECK AND CREDITED HER ACCOUNT THE REST. THIS TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET HER MONEY BACK IN HER ACCOUNT. WHICH MEANT THAT SHE HAD TO WAIT ON GETTING A CAR ELSEWHERE. IF YOU DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE MAKE SURE THAT THEY REALLY DID APPROVE YOUR LOAN BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE U SITTING THERE WASTING YOUR TIME AND ENERGY FOR NOTHING.
