Do not use these guys. The 24 Hour Electrician came out and replaced a GFCI outlet and 3 other outlets. They charged $164.98. The GFCI is the outlet by the sink with the button incase an appliance falls in the water.

After he left, we found the outlet did not work. It would not work with a hand mixer or small chopper. I called the 24 Hour Electrician, he argued and argued that I sold not plug in appliances into the outlet. He argued that it worked without testing or looking at it. Finally he agreed to send the tech back. The tech was a no show, I rescheduled and was told I would get a call 30 minutes in advance. The tech should up without a call. Now 24 Hour Electrician wants to charge full price for follow up for defective GFCI they installed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NO GOOD. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ONE GUY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS A REAL JERK.

Great customer service. I was caught between a rock and a hard place on Saturday morning with no electricity. I called them and they care within two hours. The service person was methodical and super thorough and discovered it was a city problem. He waited with me until the city came and solved the problem(a squirel ate a high tension wire). He charged me only for the time he worked. I am in their corner forever.

exelent job. The folks at 24 Hour Electrician did a great job on my electrical work. They responded VERY quick, and they had someone on-site within 2 hours. The quote was reasonable for the amount of work required (replacing electrical panel), and they did it quickly. I would use/recommend them again."
