I have not heard from Maximus in at least five years. I always had to call them and when I called I would get promises that never came to pass. I called the number just recently and it is no longer in service. Maximus collected money for me one (1) that's right one time. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I didn't want to give them a rating at all but the system wouldn't let me go any further until I did. If anyone from Maximus reads this email please contact me so I can get my account started...again. Thank you.
