Great Experience!!. I had a facial and a massage. Debra Sorrell was the estitian for the facial. She was genuinely concerned about making me comfortable. Debra did a great job a educating me on the prducts she was using on my face and each products benefits.

The facial massage was great and I could see fantastic results when she was through.

Great for price!. I've been going to other premier spas in the Atlanta area for several years now for facials and decided to stop by here because its much closer to my new home and a little bit cheaper. In all honesty, there's really not much you can beat here!

The spa is located in a little shopping plaza. The store front does have pedicure chairs along the side wall, but I was never really a fan of "private" pedicure cubicals anyways so that didn't bother me that it was in plain view. The front is lined with the typical product shelves and decor, which is nice.

The private rooms were typical of other spas; there were minor distractions (noise from a/c or other people talking loudly) but if you're getting a massage, it can't be that hard to relax! The music playing in the room helped and I did not notice any noise, though my friend did. At first I was taken back at some of the differences at this spa, but every place is different and in the end, it really doesn't matter.

I had a wonderful facial by the manager(??) and felt that what she told me was sincere and honest, not sales pitchy like at Spa Sydell or others. She recommended certain products and let me walk away without pressure to buy.

This spa is generally more affordable versus the competition and is virtually the same service. Minor details and flaws, but then again, I'm not hard to please - it gets the job done.

Pedicure pretty good. It's a nail joint not a spa atmosphere. The pedicure chair was comfortable. Things appeared to be clean. My pedicure came out nice and lasted for a long time. Massage was a decent length of time. Exfoliation was good too. I think it should be a bit cheaper for what you get.

GREAT SPA!!! Great service and super clean. I have been going to Jazmin spa since it opened a few years ago. I absolutely love their manicure/pedicure services. They do an amazing job and they are VERY clean.

I would recommend their facials and massage too ; )

Wonderful atmosphere. They really take care of their customers and make you feel pampered. My feet are always 100% happier than when I walked in.

Worst Bikini Wax EVER.. This spa is close to my home and I have enjoyed their pedicure services (though they're not my standard shop for pedicures, as I feel they're a bit overpriced, I do stop in if I don't have time to drive elsewhere), so I decided to try their waxing services and scheduled a brazilian.

NEVER AGAIN.

The waxer seemed inexperienced and unsure of herself. It was painful, took forever, and she could not complete the services, as she'd used too much wax and matted up the hair. She tried to remove the excess and start over, but failed in that as well, leaving me sore, red, oily, and still hairy. This is absolutely NOT how a waxing service of any type should go, but certainly not something as delicate as a brazilian wax!

In addition, no discount for poor services was granted to me in an effort to retain my business, nor were any apologies made by management when I complained. I was simply invited to come back the next day and let that butcher of a waxer try again!

I've been to several spas and salons offering this service and this was by far my worst experience.

Loved it!. Ok to start I just want to say that I definitly agree that the masage room is not located in a good spot and if I was not ok with it the noise would have irritated me. The pedicure was wonderful! My feet felt so soft and the NEVER feel soft :) The polish lasted longer than it ever had.

If you want the Spa experience..Go to a SPA!. I read about this "spa" in Atlanta magazine and looked reviews up on line and thought I would give it a try. I was getting the Spa package with the facial, massage, mani & pedi. When I got there I walked in and to my surprise it looked like a regular nail shop. I said, ok, well, maybe there are rooms in the back. My massage was fine, but because this was a nail shop with two rooms used for spa services, I could hear people talking and laughing (meaning I couldn't really relax and enjoy the massage.) When you walk out of the room you have to squeeze by the nail techs and the row of spa pedicure chairs. The facial was fine but I could still hear people talking (still couldn't relax.) My pedicure was the least enjoyable. I felt like she was rushing because I hardly stuck my feet in the water before she pulled them out and started working. She was done in about 15 minutes then the lady came to do my manicure and was snatching my hand for each process and was talking and not really paying attention to the service she was giving me. Needless to say, I left out feeling more stressed than when I came in and wishing I had just paid extra and went to Spa Sydell or another spa. This place is just a nail shop that has hired a massage therapist and an esthetician and they have set up there extra rooms to be used for the services. The package is advertised online as $160 but the techs were calculating up there own prices as if I was paying them individually. I had to tell the lady that it said $160 online or else she would have charged me more. My suggestion is if you want the spa exerience go to Spa Sydell or another real spa establishment, so you can put on a robe and relax. If you want a real pedicure, go to The Nail Shop (that is the name) at 2756 Candler Rd Decatur Ga 30034. They ALWAYS take atleast 45 minutes to an hour to do my pedicure. But I guess in this case, I got what I paid for.
