Bait-and-switch. Bait-and-switch. Called looking for a specific appliance, had one available, quoted price with 30% discount for scratch-and-dent. Drove 15 miles in traffic and rain to pick it up, to be told the 30% discount did not apply.

Cheap for a reason. It easy to get sucked in due to the low prices, but there is no service. I have bought from them more than once and each time I swear I'll never do it again. They promise to clean up prior to delivery then don't. When you call for service the manager is always in a meeting and does not return calls.

They claim to use a third party delivery service but they have the same phone number. I have been waiting over 5 hours for delivery of my appliances and all the manager says it is not his fault because they use a third party.

You get what you pay for. If service and your time are not important then buy here other wise pass.
