HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!. Please Please Please Read this and EVERY other review about these scumbags! They are horrible people and Im sure they read these reviews and laugh! I wish I had found this site before hiring them to move my belongings from Ga to Ca. The original bid was substantially less than everyone else...that certainly changed! It ended up being double what legitimate movers were asking.

I too originally spoke to Brad and when everything started to go sideways I was informed he no longer worked there. Given their track record probably a lie.The moving crew that showed up was unprofessional and continually hinting about being tipped for all their hard work...then I was handed a bill (adjustment) for boxing up boxes that were already in boxes! A 769.00 adjustment!

When my belongings arrived in Ca they were in shambles.Boxes were smashed and an entertainment center destroyed. Glass was everywhere! I have made several attempts to contact them and recieved absolutely no response!

I beg you not to follow in my footsteps and use these people. If you read the rest of the reviews you will see a constant theme.

If anyone would like to see pictures of the condition of my furniture and belongings or if anyone can use them to put these scumbags OUT OF BUSINESS please let me know. Contact me at rhinorock@aol

I have documented and photograghed everything from the original email to the final drop off point...my front yard!

I am embarrassed to say that I tried to save a little money and got my butt handed to me with no chance of recourse...except maybe this ...if just one person reads this and ALL the rest of the following reviews maybe they wont get your business.

Avoid this Company at all costs!!!. This company has lot of charges that they do no tell you upfront and charge by the cubic feet. Estimation are off and they are extremely expensive. I paid because me items were ready to ship and I had my back against the proverbial wall. they charge high prices for packing material and also labor to pack in thier boxes is also expensive. Just a really bad compnay to do business with.

Do not fall into the trap that I did and be taken by the reasonalby low price at first. They will jack the price up once they get you commiteed and the packers arrive. Also on delivery ther is additonal charges to unload and unpack items that they packed. Crazy right.

Do not giv ethis company your business. They are not in the business of fair practice. Very deceptive.

Avoid - dishonest business. I am so thankful that I did not use this company to move my belongings. I used Homebullietin website which is an on-line service who sends out my information to movers in the area. Brad from Advantage had called me to solicit my business. He did a teriffic sales job and I did reserve my move. However, just after I hung up with him, I received a call that I had an issue with the purchase of my new home. I called Brad back within 10 minutes of reserving the truck and asked him to cancel the reservation. He said he already sent the information to accounting and that he would have to get accounting to reverse the charges on my credit card. I called again a few times and Brad could have not been more dismissive. They did indeed charge my card. Luckily my credit card is reserving the charges. I then did some more research this mover and all I could see was the worst ratings and horrible moving experiences from others! This sounds like the most disreputable moving company ever. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!

Use someone else!. I hired these movers, because after talking with them, and others, they cost the least and mainly could move me on the day I needed to be moved. The movers arrived late, and when they got there, I was told about over 5 things I was either going to have pay extra for them to do, or do move it myself. I was supposed to have the mattresses covered, or pay them to do it. After all of that go taken care and I had called the office, we were on our way. The estimated time for moving my belongings (just the furniture) was way wrong. The movers who were supposed to be "good guys" were rude and asked me to supply them with Gatorade, because they didn't bring any for themselves. One of the guys was almost always on his cell phone talking to I don't know who. When they arrived at new residence they wouldn't unload the truck, unless I prepaid them and signed the contract saying everything was okay. After they left, not hooking back up my dryer, leaving things still wrapped in blankets, I noticed some damage. I called the company and sent in pictures of the damage. After two weeks if getting the run around, the owner/manager laughed at me on the phone implied that I was lying and told me that I had to the call the mover myself and get the situation resolved, because it was my mistake the sign the contract, before they unloaded. I had told them they wouldn't unload my stuff unless I did. The manager said that I was mistaken and that is not how they work.

Please, Please, Please, use someone else. They say they are good ole' boys and will take good care of you. All they will take is your money, because they certainly don't take care of their customers.

Worst Experiance, They need to go out of business. I used Advantage because they were less expensive than other companies and could deliver my belongings on a spicific day. By the end of this awful time interacting with them, I had been hung up on at least 3 times by the manager, lied to about the day my belongings left Atlanta, charged more that 2 and 1/2 times my original quote price, dis-allowed from accessing my belongings, and treated with disrespect by every person in the company. The day that my furniture arrived at my new apartment on the 3rd floor (many days after the original agreed upon date), the movers, who came 2 hours late, took my belongings off the truck in the middle of the road and then drove off with my furniture still in the middle of the road. The contract promises delivery, and this company did not even fulfill that much. Since then, I have not been able to reach any of the movers or the manager of the company. This company is unprofessional, and I would recomend NEVER USING THEM.

Bad business. My two bedroom apartment needed to be temporarily moved into storage. I called to get a quote & to set a date & time for the move. My quote was for 3 men and a truck. They arrived to my apt an hour late and the men barely spoke any English. Two of the men did most of the work, while the 3rd one faked like he was doing paper work half the time. Once they were finally done and it was time to pay, the price ended up being $100 more than what was initially discussed. I was upset about the new price because money is very low. That particular day was my last and only day to move out so my options were extremely limited. I talked to the guy doing paper about getting items out of storage, he stated I could get anything out at any time but someone would have to go into the warehouse with me to get them out. A few weeks past and the whether was getting hot so I decided to get a box of spring/summer item out of storage. I had directions to the location but didn?t know the exact building so I called to find out which one it was. I spoke with the manager and told him that I was looking for the building and why I was there. I manager told me that I could not get anything out because I have to make an appointment and pay a $150 fee for someone to remove the box from the storage area. At that point I was getting really furious because that was the craziest mess I had ever heard. The manager was very rude and he hung up the phone in my face. There was no $150 removal fee in my contract and no rules about setting an appointment to get personal items out. There was no way I was about to pay that insane fee. Unfortunately for me, I didn?t get my box out that day. I did attempt to make arrangements with the company to get all of my personal items out at once. They were still incredibly rude and they even tried to charge me an additional fee. If necessary we were going to call the police to assist. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, they need to go out of business.

AWFUL experience. I sold a beautiful set of furniture through Craigs' List here in town. It is a very heavy oak set, so she arranged for Advantage to come pick it up and deliver it to her. They quoted her a 3 man team, but they only sent 2 guys who had clearly never worked together. Neither of them could really speak, read, or write English. They were 4 hours late getting here because they can't read turn for turn directions. It took them 3 hours to load up one bedroom. They showed up in a beat up, 2nd hand painted over Haverty's truck with no license plate and no DOT stickers. When they finally left after sitting in my driveway for 30 minutes, they came back in to ask me to print Google directions to her house! It was 11 pm before they left here, and she lives on the other side of town 60 miles away. They didn't show up there until 2am after the guys took a nap, and demanded twice what she was quoted IN CASH. They didn't finish unloading her new funriture until 5am. Absolutely unbelievable. We fully intend to put them out of business through contact with consumer news crews, the police, and definitely a call to INS.

A Moving Nightmare. As other reviewers note, the operations manager acted unprofessionally--screaming at and then hanging up the phone on me. The driver and handler could neither read, write, nor understand English. The contract was originally for a 3-man crew for $240; it was changed to a point-to-point contract with a 2-man crew for more than $500 without my knowledge or approval. The move was scheduled for 3 to 5 p.m. The crew arrived at the point of origin at 7:15 p.m. and took in excess of 3 hours to wrap ONE bedroom outfit. It took the crew 4 hours to travel less than 70 miles. The driver later stated that he had had to take a nap because he was "oh, so tired." The crew began unloading the merchandise at 2:30 a.m. and finished after 4:30 a.m.

I would never recommend that ANYONE use this company.

Last Time I use these guys. The price that I was quoted compared to the price I had to pay was different enough to make me upset. On top of that I couldn't understand what the guys were murmuring half the times. And the way they treated my move wasn't professional or careful, they damage a table that I had. I would NOT recommend using them next time.

BAD BAD BAD!. movers were not act like professionals, they had poor communication skills, had no customer service oriented minds. Even the owner of the company has poor customer service, he hung up the phone on me when I was trying to dissolve encounted issues!

they totally don't take their customer's inputs, blame it all on the customers. BE AWARE!
