Needs customer service skills. The food is okay, but the people that work their are not that friendly. I have been there a few times. I was never greeted with hello and no one has ever said thank you.

For Delivery Only. Peking House is about a 5 minute drive from my job. We've picked up lunch orders from there before, but today was my first time picking up a lunch order. I placed my order while I was there and my food was prepared quickly and it was fresh. The cashier was mannerable and patient with me as I struggled a little with one of my co-worker's orders. I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer soup and an egg roll with the lunch special and that the lunch menu was so short, compared to other Chinese restaurants. I would never sit down and eat lunch in there because it was so cold! It was colder in there than it was outside (and was 65 degrees outside)! Overall, my best experience with this restaurant would be if I placed an order of my favorite dish for delivery only.

Good food, fast. Peking House is about a 3 minute drive from my house, so it is our take-out location of choice. The prices are about average for Chinese, as are the portion sizes. I have found the soups to be lackluster, so I'd avoid, but the other appetizers are pretty good. Our favorite entrees are General Tso's chicken, and Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. Don't expect to eat there - I once watched a poor couple try to eat at one of the tables they have set up for people waiting, they used plastic forks and had no ice for their soda.
