First time here -- came in with washed out coloring and hair that was really overdue for a cut . The stylist fixed everything that was wrong (and it was bad) and her coloring mix was spot on. She is a great listener and also is confident in her knowledge . Her expertise extends to how a cut should work with your face shape .??It's always scary trying a new salon or stylist, but one of the things I like about this salon is that each stylist is also a colorist. It shows their commitment to having trained staff .?

This salon is chic, clean, and the reception staff is attentive, friendly, and well groomed.

Great spa, great staff ! Great spa, great staff, very calm and relaxing environment. Had the body polish and massage..... absolutely the BEST massage I've ever had!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

I recently visited this place for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me a magazine to read and a glass of water or coffee. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in and the massage therapist took me into my appointment very promptly. The atmosphere is very serene and beautiful and the massage was very relaxing. The staff is true professional and very welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend this Day Spa to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

I am getting married in a few weeks and wanted to go back to blonde after I had dyed my hair a permanent brown. Rosie Axtman was my stylist and she did a very good job! My hair is now a pretty blonde which was hard to accomplish with the existing red undertones I had due to my warm brown hair. She was also very quick!

Incredible great place!. This is a great little treasure! I literally come here every time to get my nails done. Sandy does a great job on my nails. Thank you so much!! The owners and staff are so friendly, and EXTREMELY professional. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the salon, as well as the tools they use. The staff is patient, and efficient. I will definitely be back many times.

Fan-freaking-tastic!. This spa is luxurious from start to finish !

All of my treatments are always excellent. The environment is relaxing. I feel well taken care of by the staff.

I'll just say that if you were considering going there, just stop...go, and thank me later.

Beware of Owners. First of all, I do not have a complaint with any of the people offering services at Patrick's. My complaint is with the ownership. I have had several gift certificates from Patrick's of Atlanta over the last few years and have received a few wonderful massages. After not going for quite a while, I tried to use another one of my gift certificates and the owner said they will NOT honor my gift certificates that clearly state "NO expiration date". He said they have changed ownership and that they now only issue gift certificates that expire within a year. He also stated that they just acquired the assets from the old company and not the debt and the gift certificates are considered debt. When I asked why they continued to send me email updates, but never mentioned the new policy he did NOT have an answer. If I had been informed, I would have made time to use the gift certificate right away. They still operate under the same name and use the same database for clientele. Instead of making sure that he kept a satisfied customer that would continue to refer others, he was more concerned with the fact that I waited to use the certificates. I had no reason to be in a hurry since they stated on the certificate that they do not expire. I told him that I think it is just poor customer service not to honor these and I mentioned that I was planning to contact the Better Business Bureau. He replied that I WOULDN'T be the first to file a complaint on him. Hmmm, I really don't think that was the best thing for him to say. Not a lot of confidence in the "new" owners business practices!!!

Heavenly Place! Try it for yourself and see!. I happen to come across this Spa by accident and was curious. I entered and was greated by the frontdesk girl, who was very personable and attentive. She informed me of the services, packages and pricing, as she offered me something to drink and snack on. By this time, I was impressed. I decided then and there, it was time for me to get pampered. I purchased a package consisting of a massage, facial and mani and the transformation began. Each therapist that attended me was more loving, caring and informative than the 1st. I felt like I was on top of the world. Once I was done with the pampering, I relaxed on the comfy sofa as I absorbed the ambiance for a little while longer. THIS IS DEFINITELY WHAT A LITTLE PLACE IN HEAVEN MUST FEEL LIKE.

Best Spa experience ever!. This place is the best! I've been to many spas in my day, but let me tell you: here I feel so taken care of and pampered.

My massage was heavenly and I love my Shellac nails.

Unsatisfied with mani/pedi, very satisfied with massage.. My husband and I went to Patrick's of Atlanta for a couple's massage, manicure and pedicure for our first anniversary. Let me start by saying KUDOS to Wendy and Heather. The massages we received from the two of them were wonderful and very invigorating. I would definitely recommend the two of them to anyone needing or wanting a GREAT massage. The money we spent on this part of our day at the spa was well worth it.

On the other hand, as far as our manicures and pedicures were concerned, we expected a whole lot more for the money we paid, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. If you go here for this particular service do not let them schedule you with Sandra. Firstly, we felt that she was rushing because she had to do both of us by herself, so we didn't get that one on one pampered attention that we expected to get for the money we paid. Secondly, she did not clean up the cuticles very well on our hands and feet, nor did she clean under my husband's nail bed very well. We were very disappointed with the way our nails looked. Thirdly, she did not get all the dead skin off the heel of my husband's feet. When he took his shoes off later that night, his feet were still very dry and rough feeling. Lastly, you know how you would normally get a leg and foot massage with a deluxe manicure and pedicure, massage, what massage? She did it so quick, we missed it. We did not want to complain and get upset about it and ruin the rest of our day. After all it was our anniversary.

The manicures and pedicures that you get at the regular nail salons are 110% better and a lot less expensive than what we got with Sandra. We were really looking to be wowed! If you want to be pampered and end up with a nice, professional looking manicure and pedicure, don
