I LOVE JAI SHANTI YOGA!. I just started yoga at Jai Shanti and was nervous about my first class. I went and had a wonderful time. The teachers are amazing and love what they do. Whenever I need to be corrected on form, they give the tip out loud so you do not feel embarrassed and it usually can help others as well. After I am done I feel relaxed and MUCH better than I ever have working out. The atmosphere is perfect and it is a great place for yoga! It makes you want to come back for more!

Om Sweet Om. Yoga taught with love, compassion, and gentle humor by some of the best teachers in Atlanta. Plenty of props, a sweet, unpretentious vibe, and a variety of styles to make the practice of yoga accessible to everybody, regardless of size, shape, or flexibility. After my first class in this cozy studio I knew I had found my yoga home.

Perfect Blend. Jai Shanti yoga studio has an eclectic mix of yoga styles, which is good for a student like me who wants to explore and desires variety. There are classes that focus on the spiritual aspects and classes more targeted toward the physical, and everything in between. They also offer a stress-melting meditation class with a breathwork component that bolsters the abs and clears the mind. Instructors are open-minded and all seem to possess the ability to know when to challenge a student and when to to let the student find their own way. Passionate teachers with a laid-back disposition make classes fun and relaxing.

sublime space, wonderful teachers. Kripalu is the softer, more intuitive side of yoga. That doesn't mean it's for wimps. It's very challenging, very intuitive, very fluid, and deeply rewarding. Bill and the other teachers at Jai Shanti Yoga are very caring, careful, committed, and very capable teachers. The space is welcome, the classes are always like a journey to some new wonderful place you didn't know existed. Come for the workout, come for the great vibes, come for the great sense of peace the place offers. This studio is one of the city's true treasures.
