Great Service and Loved Our Wedding with Watermark!. Our experience was terrific and we loved that Watermarks team watched every detail. Their staff was personable and was obvious they loved their jobs. We have recommended them to two friends already who are excited to have Watermark Weddings as their planners. Love them!

Find another wedding planner. Poor customer service. Do not use this service, you will be disappointed. They did not listen to details. Their website is just as outdated as they are; they do not care about the customer, only about getting their money. They made mistakes with our transportation which left us running late and missed some pictures we wanted. They didn't put toiletry items in restroom as promised and paid for. They didn't inform me that the church wouldn't allow the aisle runner to be put down which I paid $250 for (it went to waste). They never called after the wedding to ask how their services went. Their vendors were out dated, no fresh ideas and were over priced. My planner and sent us to collections for an amount due without contacting us by phone or mail. She is impersonal and doesn't know how to run a business. Luckily I didn't let all of the things they messed up on to ruin my day. But I certainly would not recommend this business to anyone. Choose another planner
