***Warning - do not work with them. They do not do what they say. They are fraudulant and unprofessional, almost scamish in the way they have dealth with a simple carpet cleaning. Someone came out, the carpet looked no different, only as iif it had been vacummed. If you do an open google search check out all the complaints and those of their sister company in Florida. They were reported to BBB of Florida multiple times with NO RESOLUTION!....I would have given it NO stars but you have to give at least 1 to active the feedback box....notice these complaints - over a period of years - clearly they don't care!!

Don't do it. It's the ole bait and switch. We bought a Kudzu discount voucher which included 3 rooms and a hall way for a price. First guy came out - told us he needed a different machine and would have to come back and it would also cost an extra $20 for pre-treatment and $4 for fuel surcharge. Second guy came out with the wrong machine. Third guy came out and told us it would be an extra $110 for deep cleaning to remove any stains. An extra $110 for pretreating a few dirt stains... Really??!? This a racket!! Kudzu - we won't buy from you again. I encourage everyone to look for a reputable/ respectable carpet cleaner before hiring this one.

NEVER!! Use this company. They charged me twice the value they quoted over the phone. They did a very poor job with my sofas. I tried to get them to come back and re-do the job. The guy ALAN gave me dates and times several times and NEVER showed up. BE AWARE DON'T TRUST THEM.

This company is a scam! BEWARE..
The service technician convinced me that I needed a more expensive treatment than they advertised (of course). He even promised to return if my carpets did not look good after they dried. He was bragging about how they are 'superior to any other carpet clean company in Atlanta'. Well... not only do my carpets look worse than they did before -- I don't even think they used any soap in their 'shampooing' process!!!
When I called the office to discuss their guarantee, the rude owner who DID NOT KNOW WHO I WAS or what house I was calling about, informed me that his technician told me that my carpets were not going to be clean because of the stains --and that he made that very clear when he was at my house. It is clear that this is Atlanta Pro Cleaners scam. They up-sell, do just enough to get a check, then deny all 30-day warrenty claims.
Please -- do not waste your money or time on these criminals.

Fantastic!. My dog had an accident in our living room, so I called Pro Carpet to come out and clean up the mess. They did a FANTASTIC job. No more stains. Their price was also the lowest our of the three companies I called. I have no complaints with Pro Carpet - nice job!

Atlanta's Worst Carpet Cleanig Company!. Wow, I have never been this unhappy with a service or provider! First of course the price was not the same as what they originally quoted. The tech said for more money they can do a deep cleaning to get the stains out. He said he was 98% sure it would work, so we did as he recommended. It didn't work so of course we called for him to come back out. The next day he didn't show up when he was suppose to, so we called again and they said he will be out tomorrow and call to set up a time, well never did again. We called again and they set up another meeting which the tech never showed up again. I finally called and talked to the owner who said he will set up a meeting for the next day. I said no I want my money back, the cleaning didn't work and he hasn't showed up all week. The owner said no I will set up a meeting and I said well come today since it was suppose to be today. He said no! I will send him tomorrow. My wife took the phone and it ended by him asking my wife if she was stupid! I come from a service business and cant imagine talking to my customers like that and giving a service that doesn't work. I would truly stay away from this company!

They did a great job.
I just raed the reviews here and i don't realy understand how can you be so unhappy.
The guy came into my house two month ago he told me evrything that we need to do and he did it.

They don't deserve 1 star! Terrible Service!.
scheduled carpet cleaning with Atlanta Pro Cleaners, $89 for 7 areas w/free deodorizer, $55 Scotchguard for 7 areas, total of $144.
The gentlemen showed up with a portable industrial unit and a sales pitch - I can "deep clean" your carpet for $35 per area and guaranty it for 30 days. I had 3 stains that he said would not come out with the basic cleaning so I agreed to the terms, $300 for the lot.
Also, I had another company there to repair/stain my deck - ecoserve. This gentlemen said "is he cleaning your carpet with that machine?" "He isn't cleaning your carpet professionally - that's only surface cleaning." He asked the Atlanta Pro Cleaner gentlemen "how long will it take the carpet to dry? - Atlanta Pro Cleaner gentlement said "2hrs." The ecoserve gentlemen said "the carpet was way too wet to dry in that amount of time."
It took about 2hrs for the gentlemen with Atlanta Pro Cleaners to finish the job. I asked him before he left - did you Scotchguard my carpet because I only saw you go over the carpet once with the machine. He said "of course, it's a 1 step process - it's clean and protected - guaranty for 30 days or will clean it again.
2hrs went by and still the carpet was soaked, not even a hint of becoming dry in the next day or so. I took out my Bissell (carpet cleaning machine) and pull up as much water as I could - it was dirty! So the "deep clean" didn't even "surface clean". I called the company and said that my carpet was not clean and send someone out to finish the job. The female that I was speaking to said that "we are finished for the day and can send someone out Monday morning". I again said that my carpet was dirty, it's damp and I will not be around Monday - it's a Holiday. She said "that's the best that I can do." I said that I wanted a refund since it's not clean. She said "I will send someone out tomorrow morning." Well, no one called or showed up - I wasn't happy to say the least. Monday morning, no one called or showed up so I called them. I spoke to a gentlemen (no one would give their names) - I said this is so-n-so calling about my carpet cleaning, explained what the issue was, etc. He said that he would send someone out in the morning - I've heard this line before. I said no, I do not want to do further business with your company - I'm not pleased with your lack of services. He said "that's the best I can do - you have a 30 day warranty and we will clean the carpet". I said - no, I'll have another company clean my carpet right - the 1st time. I requested a refund and he said "no, I believe your carpet is clean and it was clean whenever the man left your home so no refund will be given." I informed him that I would reverse the credit card charge. He said "go ahead and I'll put a lien on your home." What? Are you kidding me? He said "I will put a lien on your home". I informed him that I know my rights as a consumer and that he was unable to put a lien on my home since we did not have a contract. He said "I know my rights too and I'll put a lien on your home and take it." I couldn't believe what I was hearing - I said okay, but again, I'll be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. He said "okay" and hung up.
Please - do not use this company - Atlanta Pro Cleaners for any of their services.
