You've gotta try this place!. Got a recommendation from a friend to try this place & I was not disappointed at all. The food was fantastic! Ask if the have the barbecued chicken deviled eggs in the back. They might not be on the menu, but worth asking for!

The ambiance is unique. Industrial meets rural in an urban setting. The only drawback is the location. I live in Vinings, so it was a bit of a drive. Other than that, you've gotta try The Feed Store!!!

Top Notch Unpretentiousness. The Feed Store has undergone a transformation the past year or so. It's gone from very inconsistent to a certified gem on the Southside. The atmosphere is really cool and chic. Sit in one of the high-backed booths to take in the whole view of the nicely appointed patrons, the tree lined Main Street outside the big windows and the goofy cow/rooster artwork. The menu changes often, but my mainstay is the buffalo crawfish as an appetizer. Also worthy of note are marinated pork cheeks and stuffed catfish. Everything is consistently tasty and well thought out. The waitstaff, for a nicer restaurant, actually let you breathe. They give you time to digest and soak up a Deep South night. Excellent spot for for a date.
