Nikki is gone. I used to go to Nikki at Studio 21 - and she was FANTASTIC, but the last time I called to make an appointment, I was told she no longer worked there. I said I needed a cut but wanted to see someone who was really good with both cut and color. I made an appointment with Lisa, one of the owners. I showed up for my appointment. The woman working at the front went back to tell Lisa I was there. Lisa glanced in my direction. The woman came back... "She says she doesn't have time for you. Would you like to see [someone else - don't recall the name]." No, thank you. I was already nervous enough about going to somebody new. The woman (who was very nice and didn't seem happy to be put in the "messenger" position) gets the appointment book and goes back to talk to Lisa again. She comes back to me and says, "She says she doesn't have time for you. I'm really sorry." I understand that things go wrong sometimes. And maybe Lisa lost track of time and didn't realize she needed to have someone call me to let me know before I drove over there. But the very least (and I mean the very least) she could have done was walk the 15 feet over to where I was sitting, told me herself and apologized. After all, I had just opened up 45 minutes on her calendar. (Don't pay attention to my Pros and Cons listed below - those are from when Nikki did my hair and I can't change them)
