I have been going to Fabu since 2010 for facials and waxing. Lisa is the person I use every time I go. She gives great facials and recommends the best products for my face and skin issues. In addition, Lisa is very friendly. I enjoy talking with her as much as I do the facial.

Based on my experience, you will get the absolute best results and have the most relaxing experience at Fabu Face Spa! Lisa has been my esthetician since 2008 and has helped me overcome my skin concerns - everything from acne, acne scarring, signs of aging, and overall skin tone and texture. She also has advised me in choosing at-home products that actually work! I would never go anywhere else b/c it is so hard to find a spa where you see the clear results in your skin's appearance immediately after receiving a treatment. B/c of routinely seeing Lisa and using the products Fabu carries, I get so many compliments on my skin!

Bad Experience. I usually use a different spa for bi-yearly facials, but I needed to get a facial before I left for an entire month on vacation. So, I came to Fabu after trying it two years ago and having an okay experience. I was really disappointed this time because I was scheduled for a 70 minute facial and really only had 45 minutes with the specialist. Of that time, she only spent about fifteen minutes on my face and the rest of the time was upper body massages, letting masks sit on my face, waiting to be seen after changing into a robe, ending early, and waiting to be seen after she tried selling the lady in front of me a few different kinds of facial masks that cut into my time. I have a lot of pimples and/or whiteheads or blackheads, and I came home with a full face of them despite dropping $85 here and that really stinks because I am a student who needs a lot more facials than I can afford, and I am not going to get a job that can pay for more until after I graduate! So, it looks like I will be waiting an extra seven months for a “real” facial and I only got a massage on my scalp and shoulders that I could have easily gotten from myself or a friend.

very enjoyable. I was recently visitin friends in ATL and just needed some "me" time so I booked the petite spa package which included a 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial. My massage therapist, Antwon, gave me a relaxing, soothing massage with just the right amount of firmness. His demeanor was professional and calming. Lisa did my facial and it was equally enjoyable. She is informative and does not pressure you to buy products. Both felt great! Thanks yall! I look forward to my next visit.

A Wonderful Place. It took me a minute to get to this place,my boyfriend got me a gift certificate for my birthday here in Feb, I just used it like a month ago, what was I thinking. I should have been used it.The whole staff was great, and my God,the facial was soo good. It was my first time, getting one.I am glad I went and glad my boyfriend found a winner, I will be going back. Being a make-up artist, I need it all, the facial, the massage. Keep up the good work. I will be telling all about you,you know I think its time for another visit.

Fabu Face Spa. I have been getting facials by Lisa for six years. I go every five weeks. She is very good at what she does. People tell me my skin looks so good. I have recommended her to all of my friends.

Brazillian by Suzanne. Suzanne is a Brazillian wonder - takes her time and your comfort is the primary focus. She is relaxed and confident hence the experience is not a "chore" - feel like I have a friend in Suzanne who ensures that the end result is smooth :-)

having a brazillian is not the top of everyone's to do list or something to look forward to ... BUT Suzanne at Fabu certainly take the worry out of the process and does a great job of being aware of your needs. I always go to Suzanne and make sure to book my next appointment when I'm finished.

Best Brazilian in Town. Suzanne is awesome. Super warm and friendly, and funny to talk with. Makes you forget what she's doing to you and lets you relax. If there ever was a time to have someone you're really comfortable with, this is it! She's very thorough, and takes her time if needed. She always worries about your comfort and sensitivity level, and does everything she can to make it as painless as possible. The staff is extremely friendly, the place is very clean and relaxing. Yes, a spa may cost a little bit more then those cheap nail places, but the difference in the experience is night and day! And she does a much, much better job then the cheap places. It's completely worth it!

Suzanne is AWESOME!. Suzanne is one of the fastest, most efficient waxers I've ever been to. If you've read any of my other reviews, you can see that I've had my share of waxing nightmares, but this is how it's supposed to be!

Not only is she quick, but she's thorough, friendly and funny. If someone is going to rip hair out of my body, I think we should at least be on friendly terms, and Suzanne's attention to detail and genuine interest makes it a fun visit. Plus she's so gentle that I can even go back to work after a wax!

The location has free parking behind the building and it's easy to get in and out (even though this is downtown Decatur where parking is often a problem) for an appointment.

Best Place For Facials!. I've been going to Fabu for almost 2 years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my facials. Jennifer is the first face that you see when you walk into Fabu, and she is consistenly friendly, helpful and patient. I see Lisa for my facials, and there is no doubt in my mind that she is the best at Fabu. Not only is she great at recommending the best facial for my skin at the time, but she has tons of knowledge about skincare products and supplements in general. She's suggested some amazing products that I now could not live without (Fabu's Limu Cleanser and Dermologica's Daily Microfoliant), and supplements that have helped keep my skin blemish-free (vitamin B-12). Whatever your skincare concern, Lisa will most likely have an answer. She is honest and never tries to push products on you. She's also very thorough when doing extractions, which I always appreciate!
