BEWARE. NATURAL BODY CUSTOMERS BEWARE! When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL!

Kenya Rocks!!. I have seen Kenya on numerous occasions for everything from facials to waxing. Go to her for your Brazilian waxing if you are a first timer-she is amazing at making you feel comfortable and making it quick. No hard sell just a caring attitude. She also does great nails.

Great Experience. I didn't know what to expect out of a chain and was very pleasantly surprised. My massage was wonderful and all of the staff is very knowledgable. I highly recommend it

Peace and Tranquility. What a wonderful experience! I came out of this spa feeling so relaxed. The atmosphere is wonderful and there is great energy throughout the spa.

Expect a pleasant, warm vibe and full-service pampering at this local spa chain.. The Scene
Low-key and approachable, this local chain is a good choice for spa first-timers. The extremely friendly desk staff makes you feel at home with complimentary tea or water. Though the cozy neutral-toned waiting area is flushwith magazines, you'll want to spend your free time perusing the products for sale. Natural Body stocks an extensive selection of yummy-smelling soaps, candles and skin care products by Essentiel Elements, Aveda, Bumble & Bumble and Jurlique.

The Services
The spa covers the basics, offering a short list of standbys like deep tissue massage and facials. You can also find more exotic treatments like heated stone therapy, herbal friction massages, sea mud wrap and a sea scrub exfoliating treatment.
