I got ripped off by this company too - I decided to just cut my losses but I did some research and found the owner's home address and phone number. This might be a good place to start.

Juve ripped me off! PLEASE HELP - Any information GREATLY appreciated!

PLEASE HELP - Any information GREATLY appreciated! This spa ripped me off $$$$, and I know I'm not the only one! They sold products, service, gift certs, and everything else until they closed out of business. I visted the spa that replaced them earlier today and the manager was telling me how they get a couple of people everyday wanting information about Juve. I'm trying to track the owner, or anyone, down so I can reclaim my money from these crooks. If you have any information please call or email me ASAP; or post it on here! Horrible experience

This spa never had any product in stock no matter how many times I had planned a visit!! While in service, you could hear all the doors slamming from the other occupants in the building and the dry clearnes next door might as well be getting the massage with you! It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I was disappointed that everytime I gave this place a shot, it didn't work out! The staff needed improvement and the location itself was horrible! Never seen a spa so dirty!
