Great Results. I went to Mark after having a bad hair cut, he was able to correct the mess and gave me a cut that grew in really well. I have been seeing him for 4 yrs. He is always current with the newest trends with hair and he has given me great advice on products to take care of my hair. I have gone to some of the top salons in ATL, Mark beats them, he knows his clients, I love my hair, I love looking great, and Mark is a great part of that. My husband wanted a trendy look, that his stylist could not accomplish, I sent him to Mark and wow, love it. Mark has now been doing my husbands hair for 2 yrs.

BEST COLORIST!!!!. LOVE MARK!!!!! He is the BEST!!! I have been to all of the supposed "BEST" salons in Atlanta and I must say he is the best colorist!! He is not one of those yahoo's that is trying to sell you more treatments, he is straight forward and a color genius! Check him out, you won't be disappointed!

Newbe. I am always leery of trying a new stylist but Mark ROCKS! Sola Salon is a great concept - it's nice to have the one on one personal attention without all the racket and distraction of a full-fledged salon. Mark takes his time and cares about hair - he wants to make sure the end result is perfect! Mine was.... I will definitely go back. Thanks Mark!!!

He deleted this so only positive feedback is here.. After going to Mark for years, he botched my haircut. Five other stylists over a 2 year period didn't know what my previous hairdresser was thinking. I think he was too nice and allowed people to interfere with appointments already set which would cause him to be rushed. He always offers to fix it for free, but nothing could be done (he'd tried to fix it 3 times; it got worse each time). He is great at trims and his highlights are GREAT!! I would go back to him for highlights, but he'd have to work hard to convince me to go back for a cut. And the last time I went, he was only about $20-$30 less than Van Michael's or other high end salons (they couldn't fix it). Still try him; it's been 2 years or so since I've gone back. Maybe things are different now.

User review by susanalena. Mark is the best. I always get compliments on my color and the natural appearance of my highlights. I also love his flexible/weekend hours so I never have trouble getting an appointment which is awesome! You certainly won't be disappointed with Mark!

Color and Hair Expert. I was referred to Mark years ago and since he's been doing my hair - I constantly get compliments. His color is second to none and he keeps up on the latest technology and knows the best color for your complexion. My cut is stylish and easy to manage. Mark also makes sure his products are environmentally safe and not harmful to your body. If you need a new style or are not happy with your color - you won;t be making a mistake by going to Mark - he's simply THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING!. I went to Mark off of a recommendation of someone else, and was very loyal to my current hairdresser at the time. I was BLOWN AWAY! I got a hair style that was unique and trendy, AND he spent an extra 30 minutes with me showing me exactly how to do my hair to get the same result. He truly wants you to know how to do your own hair, and wants you to look awesome! I've already turned my mom and my sister on to him, and he's able to adapt to their styles as well! They have now been clients of his for several years as well. You're missing out if you don't go to see him!!!!!!

Far and Away, the Best Haircuts I've ever had. If you've ever had a really good haircut, where you feel like you've just stepped out of a salon on 5th Avenue, then you will understand how it feels to have your haircut by Mark. While I have only been a customer for 9 months now, I sincerely hope I never have to move, b/c I will likely have to fly back to Atlanta on a regular basis for Mark's services. He has also given me both all-over colour and highlights and again, they were New York perfect. If you want to leave a salong and feel like a runway model, Mark's your man.

YOU LOOK GORGEOUS. ...everytime I leave Mark's salon this is what I hear! Mark is a very special person and an enormously talented hair dresser. My color has never been better ...and believe me, working over all this grey can't be easy. The cut is always superb. I recommend a visit, you get a first time discount coupon ...and his rates are very reasonable to begin with. Just say I sent you. You'll love your gorgeous self!!

Love Mark!!. Mark takes the time to work with you to determine what you really need (whether it is a color, cut, or make-up)! I love the talent he has with color. I always feel relaxed and beautiful after spending a session with Mark! I have not ben able to beat his prices as well!!
