“Little pricey but I like the food they offer.”
“the stuff is nice but pricy, eg they will charge yuo full price for their kajoo burfee but the silver thing that is supposed to be on each and every piece of the burfee is found only on a few pieces, less than one fourth pieces you get.”

Not a fancy place, but I enjoy the food here (I've yet to try the sweets). Gobi Manchurian is delicious -deep fried, breaded cauliflower.
Horrible Halwa- filled with ghee. Quality so so..some things like Chole Bhature good
Pathetic experience just 2 days back.
I am an Indian, living in Atlanta for 3 years now. Gokul Sweets in Decatur does not know how to respect customer, basic quality required by a restaurant.
They first look at you, then treat accordingly. They need only regular customers, so I decided to take some time to warn my friends to never go there.
2 days back I went to buy Jamuns, the billing lady was so ignoring me and made me wait for so long. That attitude of hers was annoying. I am recommending all my friends not to go there. Just wanted to make you aware.
Not worth the price.
The food was too expensive and not worth the price. Also the service I received was less then mediocre. The only reason why I gave 1 star was because the food came relatively quick.
I came and purchased a large amount of sweets for a party and the guests hated them. I will not return here for Indian food either. I expect more from an Indian restaurant that has been in service for as long as gokul has.
Disgusting Sweets.
The most disgusting sweet place, I have ever been to.
The person is a nice person, but mind you the items they sell are pricey and disgusting, I found gravels in Kaju katli, the Mawa Puf was horrible I bought 4 of those and none of my guests could eat even 10 percent of it, it tasted more like dalda.I also bought kala Jam and it was burnt beyond taste. I am sure the person who cooks these sweets is no where near to a cook, I just went there out of curosity, but man I am never ever going to go back.I almost spent $65 but every thing was a waste not even one thing turned out good...Haldirams tinned sweet is any day better
The most disgusting sweets I have ever had in my life.
Not worth the money. the stuff is nice but pricy, eg they will charge yuo full price for their kajoo burfee but the silver thing that is supposed to be on each and every piece of the burfee is found only on a few pieces, less than one fourth pieces you get. Notice it for your self. when bought it to their attention instead of admitting their mistake they showed their anger.
