In House Dining is fine/Delivery is a nightmare!. The food is excellent however the service, particularly with take-out/delivery orders, leaves something to be desired! My husband & I treat our son at least 4 times a month to this particular location. If we go in we have no problems however when we order for delivery its a different ball park! 1 they ALWAYS get lost though they have delivered to us multiple times. 2 often the pizza is under cooked (we order by the slice). 3 THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME! When I called them the disinterested teen who answered the phone literally said "Well...um...we don't have a manager till 5 call back then!" That is the final straw there is a new pizza joint called "Italy's" not far away we are taking our loyalties elsewhere because it is clear that customer service is not job #1 for the teens working at Johnny's NY Pizza on Spout Springs road!
