Lunch on 10/8/11. Not a good experience for me. I'm not sure if the management has recently changed, but I use to eat at this Chili's at least once a month and it was great. The last couple of times that I have eaten there (Sept & Oct) the service was awful. Today, I went there for lunch, not crowded at all, sat down, ordered, 45 mins. later our food came out. My order was wrong and by the time the correct order came out, my party was finished with their food. I had to get my order to go, the waiter did not put a fork in the container, so I just paid $10.00 for a meal I can not even eat. I won't go back there again.

At Lunch today!. Service was awful! Took forever to get my food and it was wrong!!!!!!! Won't be going back!!!!!!

Awesome service TO-GO, even though the food took longer than 10 min. - well worth the wait.. The dining room was packed on Sunday, so this visit to Chili's we chose the TO-GO option for convenience reasons.

Again, the other servers were not attending to wet floors; water spills near the restroom, and in the server alley, etc.



However, the servers working the TO-GO station did an excellent job and kept a positive attitude even though the restaurant was slammed, and was just starting to clear by the end of our visit.

Much improved since the last visit with servers arguing openly with hosts in the dining room.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)!!!!
